Standout 2025s at FABC Showcase

The 2025 class was well represented at the FABC Showcase. In this article, we recognize some of the performances of prospects in the 2025 class.   [player_tooltip player_id='243896' first='Jade' last='Jones'] was the truth at the Showcase and showcased a versatility that not many can duplicate. Jones can defend positions 1 through 5 and defend them well. As one coach put it, “Jones is a beast out on the floor.” Jones's offensive wasn't bad either. She scored well in the midrange area and scored in transition.   [player_tooltip player_id='346820' first='Abby' last='Knauff'] shot the ball well at the FABC showcase and it's an occurrence that's trite, but true. Knauff showed her athleticism with her drives to the rim. Knauff scored from drives and from the midrange, but it was her three point shooting that were so impressive. Knauff ability to get her shot off with minimum space is special. She is one of the best shooters in the 2025 class.   [player_tooltip player_id='346883' first='Maddie' last='O'Berski'] was out there balling at the FABC and she shot the ball quite well. She was efficient from all areas on the floor, and especially from behind the arc. In addition to her three point shooting, she was extremely competitive on the floor. The guard had good handles and she rebounds well from her guard position.   [player_tooltip player_id='428053' first='Ronnice' last='Berry'] played well and there were a few changes for the talented Berry. She is one of the many players who will suit up for a different team next year. Berry played with the ball in her hands more and still was able to showcase the skills she used at Dr Phillips. Berry handled the ball well, shot the ball well and showed a lot of athleticism on the floor.   [player_tooltip player_id='521332' first='Hallie' last='Stokes'] was one of the best shooters at the FABC showcase.  As one coach put it,  Stokes can shoot the cover off of the ball.  She plays well with her teammates and with two dominant bigs down low she gets in great position to score and delivers. [player_tooltip player_id='214672' first='Riley' last='Martin'] (cover) played well and really blended in with her new teammates. Martin handled the ball well and showed a lot of basketball IQ on the floor. She ran the pick and roll well with Barrett and player well with Behn and Simon on the perimeter. Martin has a lot of facets to her game. She can shoot the ball very well, she has good handles, and she is a good passer. One noticeable intangible is her competitive nature on the floor.   [player_tooltip player_id='346818' first='Jayden' last='Terry'] was her usual self at the FABC Showcase. Terry was downhill in every game and got to the rim and scored. She has the ability to score in the midrange area and can score from outside the three point line is well. Terry showed she could dish the rock and playing with [player_tooltip player_id='430279' first='Jamison' last='Cardwell'] hilighted Terry's ability to pass the ball.   [player_tooltip player_id='219956' first='Jaeden' last='Williams'] put on a solid performance at the FABC Showcase. Williams is a very good ball handler and confidently runs the show. She is an all around player who can pass the ball, shoot the ball, and rebound from the guard position. Williams does an excellent job of pushing the pace and getting her squad out in transition. Defensively, she is an on the ball pest and can steal the ball with the best of point guards. She showcased all these traits at the FABC Showcase.
