2025 Player Rankings Update: Uncommitted Center Prospects

While there are several prospects out of the 2025 Class that are college committed, there are more that are uncommitted at this point. In this piece, we cover five individuals out of this Class at the Center position, that could possibly compete at the next level given the right opportunity.   Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!    There is a lot to like about [player_tooltip player_id='788575' first='Kaci' last='Crum'] and her playstyle. Crum is an uncommitted prospect from Central Springs High School that stands at 6'1 with good coordination within 15ft of the hoop. She has demonstrated that she can catch on the block with her back to the basket and make a strong move or she can catch from the elbow and put it on the ground once or twice to get to a more favorable position for herself to score in. I need to see her compete against some other competition to know where her limits really are but she is definitely an interesting individual from the Center spot out of this 2025 Class.     [player_tooltip player_id='674217' first='Josie' last='Kuper'] has been a name we have heard about here and there the past could of years on the Varsity floor for AGWSR High School and [program_tooltip program_id='712577' first='Iowa' last='Prep'] AAU. Kuper is someone that rovers around the block area, bringing in most rebounds and putting in a bunch of put backs more times than not. Kuper is still uncommitted with some D3 looks at this point in her journey. She will lock in for a big month of July these next few weeks, then I'm sure she will take some visits to see what fit seems best during the Fall before she takes the floor as a Senior.     I'm not sure who has reached out to [player_tooltip player_id='842633' first='Aubrey' last='Metzger'] to compete at the next level following her high school career but with her size of 6'2 and her ability to get down the floor from rim-to-rim in a short amount of time is promising. Not to mention, she is very good on the offensive side of the floor using her body and angles to give herself easy attempts when the ball is swung from side-to-side. I think for Central Lyon this Winter she will put up some notable numbers compared to other Centers in the state no matter the Class level. She has demonstrated that she is a good rebounder to add to her positive attributes, always seeming to find her opponent and box them out prior to going after the ball. All in all, there is a foundation to build on here if Metzger is dedicated enough in some form to stick with it moving into the next level.     I would describe [player_tooltip player_id='842632' first='Callie' last='Huber'] as a hardworking Center, that is a team player more than anything else. Huber has had some solid games this past Varsity year because of her size and advantage in that department. She is someone that rebounds hard on both ends of the floor, giving her teams more chances on offense and stops on defense. In her team's 2A conference, they play some tough competition so I hope she can return this Winter and play some competitive ball once again.     [player_tooltip player_id='582828' first='Dasia' last='Foster'] is one of the tallest prospects throughout the 2025 Class in Iowa and she still has a lot to prove over this next eight months on the Varsity floor but lately, she has shown her ability to dominate near the basket. Foster is finishing out her high school career with her [program_tooltip program_id='712617' first='Lady' last='Pure Prep'] team this last month of July and she is going to have to leave it all out on the floor. She has had some collegiate interest but nothing substantial as of yet. If she gets in front of the right eyes, someone will see her worth and what she could possibly do in the future. She has the intangibles, she just needs to compete to her strengths and she could get a shot from there.
