[player_tooltip player_id='816642' first='Zora' last='Burrell'] is the perfect example of what you would call a glue girl. Zora does all the little things exceptionally well. Zora makes the right pass and has nonstop energy. Her rebounding at her size makes her one of the best pound-for-pound rebounders in the area. Potomac School has a lot of talented guards, and adding [player_tooltip player_id='603549' first='Ava' last='Sewall'] will give them another talented scorer. But even with their offensive talent, Zora will still find an essential place in this lineup. Having Zora on the court will raise this team's ceiling, and only a few players can impact games without scoring more than her.

Bishop Ireton has nationally ranked talent and is one of the best teams in DMV. Ireton's talent is mainly in their backcourt or at the wing position. They need bigs to step up who will complement some of their scorers well. A player who will plug those holes is [player_tooltip player_id='239415' first='Jaylen' last='Manning']. Jaylen is strong and a real interior presence. She has a great motor and rebounds the ball well. Jaylen has a couple of moves she can get to in the paint, but she takes a lesser offensive role on this loaded Ireton squad.

[player_tooltip player_id='902372' first='Lee' last='Williams'] is your prototypical 3&D player. She does well spotting up and knocking down jump shots and is a strong and physical defender. Last year, Lee played well off of her sister Laura, and this year, she will be great for this team again, playing off their talented penetrators and guards. Lee is a solid driver and can finish around the rim. Lee is the kind of player I could see breaking the role of being a role player because she has high potential. Lee's motor is fantastic, and she has had a great summer. Lee's skillset is very impactful for what should be another great PVI squad.

I listed [player_tooltip player_id='882589' first='Reagan' last='Skorupski'] as a player I could see taking a leap this season and being a star. But from what I've seen from Reagan over the last few years, it is what she does with her IQ and energy that makes her an important player to have on the court. Reagan can play off the ball and is a tremendous spot-up shooter. She does well as the lead guard, which she will most likely be this upcoming season. She has a great motor and is very tough. Reagan's versatility and intangibles make her what I call a glue girl, but don't be shocked if she breaks that mold this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='738503' first='Nora' last='Stufft'] was essential to Meridian's state's run last year. Nora is very versatile and skilled. Meridian is losing Maureen Tremblay, who they ran a lot of offense through, so I could see Nora getting more to show her skill set out of the post. Nora is a good driver and a great finisher. Nora moves without the ball well and runs the floor in transition. Nora's effort is fantastic, and she is a great rebounder. Nora will be one of the better forwards in NOVA for public schools in 2025, and her well-roundedness and ability to do little things make her an elite glue girl.
