We will choose a Top 5 based on what we have seen this summer and from who we know is coming back.

6A

#1 Skyridge

#2 Copper Hills

#3 Lone Peak

#4 Syracuse

#5 Mountain Ridge

6A is wide open as it might be an anyone can beat anyone on any given night type of classification. Skyridge has a lot of fire-power. They will have [player_tooltip player_id='789079' first='Ella' last='Oeser'] back and [player_tooltip player_id='789122' first='Merceius' last='Mili'] both have been players that have been getting college looks as Mili has racked up many D1 offers. They also have so many pieces that can come in and help with size and speed. They will be fun to watch.

Copper Hills returns a lot of experience. They sill be led by [player_tooltip player_id='788192' first='Skylie' last='Barker'], [player_tooltip player_id='788318' first='Aspen' last='Fraser'] and [player_tooltip player_id='789127' first='Ayla' last='Marston']. They have size and speed and play making ability. They will be tough to beat. Lone Peak will rely on some young players. Look for [player_tooltip player_id='796745' first='Kennedy' last='Woolston'] to be their primary scoring threat but they also have some young players that they will need to score and they are all capable. [player_tooltip player_id='819666' first='Katy' last='Lawrence'] is a player that should step in nicely and provide more scoring this year.

Syracuse has height and scoring power. They might be a team that could surprise the teams above them and make some moves with their shooting and rim protecting. Mountain Ridge is still young but they are fast and deep. [player_tooltip player_id='790536' first='Kya' last='Newton'], [player_tooltip player_id='796847' first='Jessica' last='Maynard'] and [player_tooltip player_id='805788' first='Kaylee' last='Montgomery'] can all go.

5A

#1 Bountiful

#2 Brighton

#3 West

#4 Wasatch

#5 Timpview

Bountiful will be tough to beat as they have two of the best on their team and only 3 losses last year to Ridgeline, Lone Peak and Westlake. [player_tooltip player_id='796795' first='Milika' last='Satuala'] is great and so is [player_tooltip player_id='788162' first='Taylor' last='Harvey']. Right on their tale is Brighton who brings back their entire team. [player_tooltip player_id='789082' first='Olivia' last='Stephens'] is one of the best PG's in the state and they get a lot of help from Sophie Nelson and [player_tooltip player_id='788269' first='Charlotte' last='O'Neal']. When that moves on this team they are at their best.

West will have a lot of pieces back. [player_tooltip player_id='796811' first='Tia' last='Pan'] is playing well and [player_tooltip player_id='796805' first='Laite' last='Latu'] is elevating her game. [player_tooltip player_id='796794' first='Kylee' last='Falatea'] will be force as well. Wasatch will have some pieces back but they will need players like Mahala Speredon to step up and even [player_tooltip player_id='789054' first='Danielle' last='Garner']. [player_tooltip player_id='613008' first='Peyton' last='Behnke'] should be solid coming back as well.

Timpview could be a team that surprises everyone with their youth. They have a ot of new players that could easily come in and make some noise.

4A

#1 Snow Canyon

#2 Ridgeline

#3 Cedar City

#4 Sky View

#5 Payson

We watched Snow Canyon play in Section 7 and these girls can play. We gove them the slight edge on Ridgeline early, but once [player_tooltip player_id='772236' first='Emilee' last='Skinner'] gets back that could change quickly. [player_tooltip player_id='788151' first='Olivia' last='Hamlin'] has been blowing and and she has help coming back in [player_tooltip player_id='788224' first='Kelly' last='Howard']. This team could be hard to stop.

Cedar City will have some tough players and if they are healthy they will be ready for a post season run. Watch out for [player_tooltip player_id='839480' first='Gabby' last='Gomez'] and Annalyse Shimoda.

Sky View is getting great play from [player_tooltip player_id='800656' first='Claire' last='Fischer'] the question is who else will step up. Payson will be physical and have some length on their side as well.

3A

#1 Grantsville

#2 Richfield

#3 Judge Memorial

#4 Morgan

#5 Juab

3A could get wild, especially if Judge Memorial can stay healthy, they have some firepower and can break any press or trap with their guards. [player_tooltip player_id='788225' first='Baylee' last='Lowder'] is elite and [player_tooltip player_id='788281' first='Avery' last='Allred'] has also been great. [player_tooltip player_id='790592' first='Elyah' last='Ocampo'] will be back and healthy and [player_tooltip player_id='812058' first='Elyssia' last='Gallardo'] is coming along as well. Judge Memorial has some talent that is young that is making their way up as well.

We've seen Morgan play and they play hard and a solid up and down, physical brand of basketball. Juab will have some athletes as well.

2A

#1 Kanab

#2 North Summit

#3 Draper APA

#4 South Sevier

#5 Beaver

2A is tougher than most people think. These top 5 can play with anyone. [player_tooltip player_id='790604' first='Rylee' last='Little'] is the real deal. [player_tooltip player_id='788152' first='La'la' last='Baldwin'] is a big time hooper and Beaver has some solid guards coming back.

1A

#1 Panguitch

#2 Rich

#3 Tabiona

#4 Piute

#5 Whitehorse

We will choose a Top 5 based on what we have seen this summer and from who we know is coming back.
