Initial 2028 Class Watch List Appears
After much anticipation the initial 2028 class watch list has arrived. Always arriving after fall rankings updates for the classes ahead, this freshman list includes 28 players from most classifications and a non-KSHSAA approved school. Subscribers follow the link below.
Gathering information on incoming freshman is generally more difficult than the older classes. There just is not as much available, even if all that can be found is on streaming media or on highlight sites like HUDL. My Kansas colleagues Jeremy Deckard and Adrian Maloney rely on other eyes from inside and outside the state including other scouts. Many thanks go out to players, parents, coaches, trainers, other media representatives, and more who contributed. The list is not exhaustive. Some players are not included due to the lack of data as simple as height, high school attending, and position. It is a taste of talent to watch at every level from around Kansas.
