I have covered Alana for several years now, and seeing where she started and where she is now really impresses me. Over the spring and summer, she played on Essence Purple, and you can tell the experience enhanced her game. Her confidence continues to grow, and her play at Show and Prove revealed a budding floor game and the ability to make plays off the bounce. She scored it well in her middle game with a nice touch. She is young, has a developing offensive hub, and her scoring arsenal is growing. As she continues to hone her handles and improve her shooting from behind the arc, she will continue to show why she is next in line of the talented prospects in the Essence lineage.

Ellieyana made her impact from behind the arc. She has a really nice shooting stroke and was very efficient from the perimeter. If I was doing a sniper school article from the camp, she would definitely be in the article. She showed the makings of being a versatile defender and showed that she can rebound her position. Ellieyana had a solid performance at camp with her strong production with her outside shooting.

Maliyah has good positional size and impacted the game with her length. She brought tons of energy and effort to the floor and really made an impact with her production on the glass, as she rebounded at a high rate and had numerous put-backs. She still has a lot of room to grow with her ball-handling and being able to make plays off the bounce, but at camp she stuck to her strengths and left her mark. Defensively, she isn't considered a rim protector, but she does offer resistance on the inside and forces players looking to score at the cup to score over her length.

Jaya is a wing with a high-powered scoring arsenal. She plays with a lot of swag and makes life very difficult for opposing players when the ball is in her hands. She is at her best when operating off the dribble and looking to create off the bounce. Her ability to generate looks for herself off the bounce is what stood out about her game the most. Jayla is a really good shot-maker with high-level scoring potential. As her defense mirrors her offensive production, she will continue to see her stock rise.

Lelila is a lead guard who proved to be a score-first PG. She is a young prospect who showed a lot of promise. She showed a craftiness of the bounce with her handles and when she was finishing in the paint. She is a multi-level scorer who can create her own offense. What really impressed me with Leila was her confidence as a scorer and her ability to go get a bucket. She listed her position as a point guard and showed signs of being able to facilitate the offense, but her ability to be a high-volume scorer separated her from her peers.

Brooklynn is another one of the talented 2030 kids that was at camp. Let me say that this class was loaded. Brooklynn made her mark with her offensive repertoire. She is a self-creator and crafty with the ball in her hands as a scorer and a passer. She is a multi-level scorer with tools in the toolbox that is still developing but polished enough to do damage when she uses them now. She put a lot of pressure on the defense with her scoring ability and the numerous ways she can get a bucket. She has long-term upside as she has a foundational skillset that can be enhanced and improved.
