The Expo: Second Team All-Showcase

It was a high-quality event with bunches of talented players showing up. We've worked through each team to highlight every player involved, and now we move on to spotlight the All-Showcase performers. Did a great job staying low on the attack to quickly change directions, burst out of dribble moves, and blow by her defender. She worked hard to get out and defend along the perimeter as well as hustling back in transition to tip/steal some long outlets. She was a high-energy player in every phase of the game, bursting down gaps to the hoop, pressuring ballhandlers, and using that pace to push the ball and find teammates. She also stood out with her rebounding (easily 10+ in one game) and her transition defense. She is fast and showed off that speed to get back and stop breaks or force turnovers. She was excellent in transition, pushing the pace and making good decisions, while also showing the ability to quickly decelerate, get balanced and score when defenders sat back.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
