West Michigan Drive Fall Training Camp Standouts

She utilized her size and strength effectively on both offense and defense. Her footwork around the rim was impressive, and she executed a strong move from the free-throw line, finishing with a tough up-and-over maneuver. She uses her speed to get past her defender and has good body control around the rim, allowing her to finish through contact. Sophie is also a good decision-maker when she has the ball in her hands. She consistently proves that she deserves this spot. Addison is a high-IQ guard who makes smart decisions with the ball. She is an excellent shooter and moves exceptionally well without the ball, making the right cuts to get open shots. Her quick first step and sharp dribble moves allow her to consistently get pas defenders and finish at the rim with creativity and control. She gives 100% effort all the time. She consistently attacked the rim and finished through contact. Additionally, she hustled for numerous offensive rebounds, giving her team extra scoring opportunities in the 5v5. She maintained control while pushing the pace and displayed impressive passing in the open court. I look forward to watching Logan and her Ionia team this winter.
