The prep season is loading and there are some incredible teams constructed in what's known to be one of the best overall conferences in the country. NEPSAC AAA includes Dexter Southfield, New Hampton, Nobles, Hoosac, St. Andrew's, Tabor and Tilton. There are some heavy hitting squads with tons of talent this year, nevertheless this is a time to mention the vital players that will aid in their team's success. These are 7 key players from the powerhouse conference.

[player_tooltip player_id='393296' first='Izzy' last='Adams'] (2026) | 5'7 CG | Dexter Southfield

Normally there'd be a huge hole left in the team with such a talent like Orlagh Gormley graduates, but Dexter Southfield found the perfect piece to their puzzle. Adams is coming in as a transfer from Walpole where she was thoroughly one of the most dynamic guards they've had. Izzy will bring that dual threat ability of decisive facilitation and vigorous scoring capabilities with the ability to play on or off the ball. Adams will get to use that creation to make plays for the other influential players already on the squad. The high-level scholarship worthy guard can be a major factor in Dexter Southfield getting over the hump.

[player_tooltip player_id='987493' first='Lindsey' last='Lemay'] (2025) | 5'11 SF | Tilton

Lindsey's stock has risen an incredible amount in a very short time and she's now in a position to be a major element in her team's success this year. The Northeastern commit brings some of the best 2-way wing play in AAA. Lemay is direct in her mission. There aren't superabundant moves that lead to overdribbling in isolation possessions. Lemay will attack closeouts viscously and knock down 3-pointers from all different sectors on the floor, but especially that corner 3. She brings a nice sense of relief for dribble penetrators due to her effective stroke from beyond. Lemay brings that same sense of reliability to the other side of the ball too. She moves her feet extremely quick and has long strides that allow her to graciously bonce into each slide. She pounces on weak ballhandlers that tend to be indecisive. Playing the passing lanes and being in position is a staple of her defense. Lemay is one of the top players at her position and could be a crucial component to Tilton prospering this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='449583' first='Serenity' last='Lancaster'] (2026) | 6'1 PF | New Hampton

Serenity is the exemplification of what an x-factor is. The 6'1 agile forward is a high stock riser because of her ability to play stellar defense, clean the glass, being a short-corner option, reliable post scorer and even start the break herself. Lancaster sports a nice touch around the rim, regardless of the defense hanging over her. However, what's impressive is her defensive capabilities which are sheerly stunning. There aren't too many players in NEPSAC that bring that level of a defensive influence. Lancaster is still raw in some areas of her shooting, but her energy on both sides of the floor, plus her athleticism will help carry her over most of her competition. She'll be able to give her team extra possessions and aid in dependable scoring in crucial moments. New Hampton has an absolute workhorse that will elevate the team's play on a daily basis.

[player_tooltip player_id='462441' first='Vanessa' last='Ellis'] (2026) | 5'11 SF/PF | Nobles

Ellis is coming into the season as a champion that already has experience performing at a high level on the biggest of stages. The junior walks into the new year as a seasoned contributor whose efforts were well respected in route to Nobles getting a ring. Ellis is a gamechanger and her presence can be felt no matter where she is on the floor. Offensively, Vanessa operates well from the high post, free-throw line extended and in the short corners. The strong frame helps her embrace the contact she's looking to go through. She also has a very nimble footwork that allow her maneuver skillfully with the bigger players that may come out to guard her. Vanessa's defense is a force to be reckoned with. The plays she's able to make on the ball are conducive to her team's ability to get out in the open floor. Ellis is one of Noble's key factors this year. Expect her to have a show out year.

[player_tooltip player_id='518717' first='Anna' last='Moser'] (2027) | 5'8 PG | Hoosac

Anna is one of the premier point guard talents in all of NEPSAC. The smooth creator is dynamic in the halfcourt sets or while pushing the pace. Moser has crafty finishes after dribble penetration and her long-range jumper is out of this world. Anna has a unique form, but that doesn't take away from her release time. She's able to seamlessly find her pocket regardless of where the defense is. Something overlooked in her game is her ability to move full speed and then critically slow down her steps to flow into her shot. Moser is a constant threat that's able to draw extra attention from defenders when she attacks off the dribble. She also has the court awareness to find teammates in their spots with crisp passing. With Anna running the floor general duties, Hoosac is in good hands. The sophomore guard has over 10 Division 1 offers at the moment.

Ryanna Sheehan (2027) | 5'7 PG | St. Andrew's

Every team needs a player like Ryanne; a tireless shooter that can change the momentum of a game in an instant. She runs down the floor hard for transition points which allows her to remain a threat in open space. Sheehan doesn't take much to get going offensively. If she gets a glimpse at a good look for a shot, she will not hesitate to let it fly. She has a great looking jumper that gets great height on it, plus a nice-looking follow through that doesn't seem to get altered regardless of a closing defender. Without a doubt, Ryanne is a beacon of relief that brings a sense of comfort to her dribble penetrating teammates. The sniper-like abilities make her a defender's worst nightmare when needing to step up to guard her. Aside from the offense she brings, Sheehan is a quality defender that digs deep and isn't afraid to embrace the team's defensive concepts. Making plays on the ball is somewhat of a normal aspect of her game. Ryanne is regularly making a timely block or steal on opposing players at just the right time. Overall, Sheehan is a very valuable asset to St. Andrew's. This year she will play a big role in the team flourishing as an awesome 2-way talent.

[player_tooltip player_id='970534' first='Lily' last='Davis'] (2028) | 5'6 PG | Tabor Academy

With so many dominate upperclassmen on the roster for Tabor, Davis is going to prove herself as a freshman that can play heavy minutes this year. She is one of the top freshmen bringing in a lot of enthusiasm and garnering attention from around the region. Although young, Davis is already a polished offensive force that packs a punch. Offensive brilliance is exactly what Davis is. She's a player that has a crafty handle, quick bursts of speeds, a steady shot from long-range, playmaking for others and brings a competitive edge over competitors. The athleticism Lily shows on the offensive end transfer to her defensive skillset too. She's able to use that dynamic speed to shoot through passing lanes for easy layups on the other end. Davis has the ability to switch onto other perimeter players and can also be a frontline player if the time calls to press. She's able to agitate ballhandlers at a high level which makes her an overall jewel of a defender. With all that being said, Davis is one of the few players in the class ready to make an immediate impact on a competitive squad with high aspirations. Lily can certainly be a strong resource for the team.
