Emarald Jakes (2027) | PG | Manchester Essex

Jakes ended the season as the CAL Baker champion, as a CAL All-Star and with a momentous Elite 8 run in the playoffs. Her status is only going up when it pertains to prominent point guard talents in the class. What's most impressive about Emerald is her ability to slyly create advantageous angles with the ball in her hand, willingness to move around without the ball to get ideal screens and defensive agility as she covers a lot of ground in the open court or within halfcourt settings. Jakes has shown she's a '27 name that holds weight.

Lia has been a fantastic find this season. Her remarkable output along with profundity shown in pressure situations make her a must-know name in the class. In last week's SCC showdown vs Law, Calderon put up an impressive 19 pts, 8 reb, 5 ast plus 5 stl to pick up the big win.

[player_tooltip player_id='341008' first='Gabby' last='Middleton'] (2027) | Wing | NS

There was so much to take in with Middleton this season. She's the type of individual talent that can take over games with her ideal mechanics, grasp of situations/matchups and flow within the game. This season there were a lot of other areas that highlighted advancements though. Gabby was a willing passer, that shared scoring opportunities across the board, showed even more defensive promise, there was a significant effort shown towards rebounding and just generally being a better leader. Her display in overall growth could be considered a sacrifice to her scoring prowess, especially when considering how sophisticated of a playmaker she can be for herself as well as others. This is a menacing talent at the position that's going to wreak havoc come AAU time.

[player_tooltip player_id='1050255' first='Pearl' last='Dickson'] (2027) | C | Berkshire

It can now be said with confidence that Berkshire's utility big is one of the most powerful frontcourt talents in New England in '27. Pearl's name should certainly be mentioned when discussing the better centers around. She's a force to be reckoned with in the defensive paint, naturally deters an absorbent number of shots and can even add some supplementary scoring in various situations when called for. Dickson's stability plus constant activity downlow makes opponents second guess everything.

[player_tooltip player_id='393472' first='Bella' last='Owumi'] (2027) | Guard | TS

Bella is a certified 5-star elite prospect. There're no two ways about it; this is a special player that has the combination of having a high upside and an extremely advanced skillset. She's also one of the fiercest competitors New England has to offer. Not many want to come fact-to-face Owumi.

It was to be expected that Bella would come into Tilton and have a major imprint. However, her dynamic gravity just couldn't be fully grasped. It's not always easy for a high achieving guard to affect other areas of the game the way she does. Its Owumi's intangibles as well as team-first attitude that put her in an even different light than other top-end talent.

Most recently in the Girls Hoops Series National Championship, Owumi went off for 25 pts, 8 reb plus 3 stl. What was most impressive about this stat-line was that Bella was so efficient, going 10-13 from the field. It doesn't get much better than that. on a major stage.
