In this article, we continue to look at various power forwards around the State who can shoot the ball from the perimeter and from behind the three-point arc. These players have the ability to bang on the boards on the inside, score under the basket, run the floor, shoot and score on the perimeter, and step behind the three-point line and knock it down. Their ability to stretch the defense and create open lanes for themselves and their teammates make them arguably the most versatile players on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='811751' first='Madi' last='Mignery'] is arguably one of the top 5 players in the entire State, regardless of class, and she is just entering her Sophomore season. Mignery stands out in the paint with her turn-around jumpers, the up and under, the step-throughs and pullup midrange shots, and her grown-up rebounds. Mignery can shoot it from behind the three-point line as well. She shot 36 percent and accumulated a total of 16 threes in her first 29 games. I sat with a college coach who marveled at Mignery's talent, but then so did "every" coach in the Nation. Mignery is usually a matchup nightmare in the paint and is virtually unstoppable in the middle. It's scary that she also has the three-ball in her repertoire.

[player_tooltip player_id='656074' first='Ar'Nayshia' last='Griffin'] is another versatile power forward who can also shoot the three. Griffin can play three to four positions on the floor and she can score in a variety of ways. Playing the four, Griffin has an advantage over players who can not match her athleticism. She has the physicality and strength to play the four and the five, and then when you mix in speed, athleticism, and agility, that takes her to a different level. Then, add in the perimeter shooting, and the matchup can be unfair. Griffin's ability to shoot the jumper (11 threes) causes slower centers and forwards to defend away from the basket. She averaged a double-double last season - 17.2 points and 11.2 points per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='514584' first='Casey' last='O'Connell'] is arguably one of the top "stretch-fours" in the State of Florida. O'Connell shoots the ball over the court, and she is deadly from behind the arc, where she accumulated 33 threes last season. A few years ago, I witnessed the onslaught firsthand as O'Connell closed out The National Championships with at least five threes. O'Connell can also get to the rim and score and also shoot it from the midrange. She averaged 20.5 last season with an impressive shot chart, and her three-point shooting was a factor in her District Player of the Year selection.

[player_tooltip player_id='906109' first='Herva' last='Brutus'] is a versatile power forward who can affect a game in a lot of ways. She attacks the board and is one of the best rebounders in her class. She can also score from all over the court. Last season, she averaged a double-double (14.6 points and 13.4 rebounds). Brutus can shoot the short jumper and can also step behind the arc and shoot the three. The versatile and athletic power is also a force in the transition game. She stood out during the travel season and she will be a fun player to see in the paint and occasionally behind the three-point line.

[player_tooltip player_id='430248' first='Destiny' last='Donaldson'] (Cover Left) is the workhorse on this list, and her specialty is offensive rebounds and putbacks. Donaldson has great speed, great agility, a high vertical jump, and a motor that she uses to outwork her opponent. Offensively, Donaldson can score in the mid area, and she can step behind the three-point arc and shoot the three. Donaldson is one of the most versatile players in the State. I once witnessed Donaldson post a 20-20 game- 20 rebounds and 20 free throws. She is a unique talent who can s impact the game from all over, including behind the three-point line.

[player_tooltip player_id='221646' first='Terrannya' last='Medlock'] (Cover Right) is tall and lengthy, and she can shoot the rock all over the place. Medlock is one of the better ball handlers on this list and one of the best shooting fours in the 2025 class as well. Medlock can play all five positions on the floor and creates a mix -matches. She has a very nice perimeter game and can shoot if from the baseline to the top of the key. Medlock can step behind the three-point line and can kill a team at the elbows. Medlock connected on 7 threes last season and her perimeter game was also strong. She draws 4s and 5s away from the basket and can utilize her ball handling skills and her ability to get to the rim and finish.
