[player_tooltip player_id='315778' first='Neleigh' last='Gessert'] has been the #1 prospect for her 2025 Class ever since I can remember. Her mixture of height at 6'0, shooting ability from very far distances off the catch or dribble, her willingness to beat smaller opponents near the bucket, and that she can switch in most defensive matchups makes her a top end producer at all times. I rarely see games that she competes in and she isn't the leader in either Scoring or another positive statistic. Millard West is in good shape moving into Winter break. If they keep on track, they will go undefeated, becoming back-to-back State Champions.

[player_tooltip player_id='315777' first='Norah' last='Gessert'] of Millard West is the team's PG and primary ball handler a majority of the time. She has always shown off elite vision, a skilled passing ability, the willingness to sacrifice for the others around her, and she is always the first to demonstrate great sportsmanship. Being a 6'0 PG is no joke. At this size things become interesting looking toward the future and the Creighton Bluejay's roster. They also have Ava Zediker coming in from Iowa so if these three commits, the two sister and Ava, can find their niche early on in the system, who knows what they could accomplish over their four seasons their together. For now everyone should just worry about the season afoot but it's never a bad thing to think about what their future roster might look like.

The University of Buffalo is getting a competitor with the commitment of [player_tooltip player_id='276516' first='Molly' last='Ladwig'] of Skutt Catholic High School. Ladwig is the type that is always looking to make a play going to the rim either with a nice finish or with contact and getting to the line for some free throws. Off of this dribble creation, she can also do a thorough job of passing out to open teammates when things get to clogged on the drive. I do think that Ladwig find the college floor sooner in her career than later, once she gets there. She is a quick learner and able to adapt in the blink of an eye so I'm sure it won't take long.

I have always said that the aggressive edge that [player_tooltip player_id='766565' first='Myleigh' last='Weers'] competes with is going to help her fair very well at the next level with the UNK Lopers. Weers is a get to the action - type of guard. She wants all the smoke all the time and she isn't afraid to let others hear about it. She has a coordinated attacking style offensively, while also being a very good defender in both the full and half courts. At DIller-Odell this Winter, Weers will cap off her high school career with some impressive stat lines and hopefully a lot of wins. If others come prepared to back her up, their group could b really tough to be as we get closer to the Playoffs.

Joining Weers at UNK will be 6'0 CG - Addie Sullivan of Blair High School to follow this season and those two are going to be really fun to watch together over the next four years. Sullivan, with her current height in high school, competes more as a CG than anything else. She could be considered a SG or Scoring Guard but in reality, she makes a lot of production across the board, whenever she is hopping. She can rebound with her size, she can push tempo with the ball on the handle, she can score at a better than average rate for her Class, and she can be moved all over the court to help fit her team's system - whatever it may be at that time. I think Sullivan also see's the college floor early with the Loopers but who knows. Coach Johnson has been a big part to their success as of recent because of their culture so who knows what he could bring out of his hat at that time.
