The Newman sophomore is one of the most prolific players in the entire class. She is the #1 player at the position. Middleton has been a familiar name in the region for years now and still sits at the top of her class to this day. Middleton is a 3-level scorer that's a natural playmaker. Although an incredibly dynamic scoring option, Gabby uses her skills to get her teammates involved. She penetrates the lane, which makes defenders react to her and her passing expertise makes it easy to hit players directly in their spots. When in the lane, she has a great habit of probing while keeping her eyes scanning for the best play available. Another underrated quality is her ability to keep her dribble alive. Defenders will attempt to crowd Gabby or even trap because of how potent she is, but Middleton is rarely ever flustered, a;ways keeping plays alive. She keeps her poise, even in the most hectic situations. Middleton is a legitimate mismatch most times on the floor; she is too athletic for the bigger forwards who may be slower on their feet and far too strong for the small perimeter players. The defense should also be stated. She can easily switch onto guards and that previously mentioned strength allows her to stay with some bigs as well. Overall, Gabby is an outstanding talent that's reliable on so many different levels.

Jacylah is a gifted forward that has a distinctive game which separates her from many others in the class. She's a terrific scoring threat that can get on the board in the many different fashions. The shooting should definitely be mentioned first. The Green Farms sniper has one of the most beautiful shots around. The lefty shooter has quick release and a picturesque follow-through. Not just the traditional long-range menace though, Goode can be a main feature in the offense due to the advanced skillset. She runs off all types of screens and she can also create with the ball in her hands too. Jacylah attacks the closeouts viciously before getting into the lane for strong takes or floaters around the rim. On defense Goode is astute and her athletic frame allows her to have an effect on-ball or off the ball, but especially in help-side positions. She can guard multiple positions comfortably too. Goode is the #2 player at the position and #5 in the class.

Corrine is exceptional from midrange and one of the premier drivers in the class. The athletic wing brings a lot to the table on the offensive side of the ball. She knows her areas on the floor and is highly effective from them. Lomax gets great lift on her jump-shot, which allows her to rise over just about anyone guarding her. She also sports a high release point on her shot, making it extremely hard for players to truly affect her shot. Corrine is resourceful and will take what the defense gives her. Within offensive sets, she's liable to sneak behind the defense into the high-post, where she shoots a very high percentage shot from. When Corrine gets going, players will usually give her space and she'll pull the 3 without hesitating. Lomax is also excellent on the defensive glass. She snags boards by crashing hard to the rim. Her long arms also make it hard for players to get clear angles to pass and she eaily disrupts ballhandler's vision. The Tabor wing is a top tier player in the class; she's the # 3 player at the position.

Cuyler is versatile player that plays the game properly and leads to winning plays. She's a spirited shooter that is constantly finding the open areas of the floor. Sparks makes herself available for ballhandlers to find her in the corners or replacing players in schematic actions closer to the top of the key. She has great size that can be intimidating as a shooter and the confidence she shoots the ball with will seize the defensive energy that may be lingering around in tight games. Sparks also brings the essential vigor needed on defense to be successful. She gets blocks without be being a liability and she isn't prone to fouling. Her strong frame allows her to soak up the physicality. She's vigilant defender that sees the floor. Cuyler gets plenty of steals from tracking the play, being perseverant and never losing sight of the ball. She is the #4 player at the position.

Gracyn is a flexible player that offers a bunch of intangibles that add up. Barnes is a dexterous 2-way player who can open consistently spread the floor. She has a long-range 3-point shot that's fantastic. Her stamina allows her to play in a high-octane manner throughout the entirety of the game. Barnes is a high-usage player that can work in any type of offense. She's effective with or without the ball in her hand and fits harmoniously in different lineups. With the ball in her hand, Gracyn is commanding when using screens. She utilizes them properly by protecting the ball, coming off tight and advancing the ball to her pocket. Barnes gives herself a number of options after turning the corner with absolute commitment. Gracyn is also a player that plays stifling defense. She smothers players along the perimeter and is in prime position to help teammates out. Barnes is also a solid rebounder that has the ability to take the ball up the length of the court after snatching a board. She is ranked #5 at the position.

Early is a variable factor that can work well as an on-ball initiator and remains an off-ball threat with her polished attacking skills. Maeve is player with 3-level scoring capabilities. She also does some of the little things like slipping around box outs to get offensive rebounds and hustling to loose balls. Her game is all-inclusive, leaving no glaring holes in her game. Meave plays consistently through games, no matter the position, however her competence as a small forward is advanced. Early's pullup jumper is a signature of hers that can be relied upon heavily. She switches things up nicely by being getting all the way to the rim with calculating takes. As a defender, she brings impactful tenacity that swings momentum. Early has no problem crashing the defensive glass either. Her adaptability allows her to be able to guard multiple positions on the fly and be successful. Maeve is the #6 player at the position.

[player_tooltip player_id='352995' first='Alexa' last='Huckaby'] (2027) | 6'1 SF | Hamden Hall

What a special talent Huckaby is. The Hamden Hall wing is the #7 ranked player at the position. She is a tremendous creator that has cunning ballhandling skills. Huckaby creates lots of separation with her fast-paced dribble. She uses her tight handle and waits for players to bite before pouncing in the lane. She attacks players' top foot which gives her that necessary extra millisecond to get her preferred angle. Huckaby doesn't just hangout on the perimeter either. She will take advantage of any mismatch that gets tasked with guarding her. At 6'1, Alexa has the height advantage over a lot of players and she'll post smaller player up. Her wiry frame combined with her long limbs keep her light on her feet. As a defender, she's quite the rover. Her athletic frame allows her to wander around in help. Huckaby brings solid rebounding and will initiate the fastbreak after grabbing a board. She's one of the region's biggest stock risers in the class this year. Keep an eye out for her at Hamden Hall this season.
