William Fleming found themselves down a lot early, and the only thing that kept the game from getting out of hand was Amari. She hit a few threes in the first half and had almost all of Fleming's first-half points. As the game wore on and Fleming began to cut into O'Connell's lead, Amari drove the ball more. Jaida had a great game on both sides of the ball, and she totally took over this game in the 4th quarter. Jaida was unstoppable as a driver and had some athletic finishes. I loved what Jaida did on defense individually against Potomac School star guard [player_tooltip player_id='633711' first='Sabrina' last='Anderson']. Carleyssia Wallace did good work in the paint, and she knocked down a couple of threes. Zhen Craft was impressive for McNamara today. IMG has a lot of size, and Zhen dealt with it on both ends well. This game was never close and Hayfield got a lot of contributions from different people. None more than Sophomore big Ziayana Williams. Ziyana is a transfer from Mount Vernon and she adds a new interior presence for a fantastic Hayfield team.
