Consistency is KEY: Illinois Most Reliable College Prospects

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Being consistent is more than averaging high number stats in the box score. Consistency is carried over to impacting wins for your team and staying elite/competitive against competitive teams. Are you a constant threat for your opponents? Do you struggle when the game is on the line? Do you struggle when calls aren't going your way? What's the next way to be impactful if your offense isn't aligning with how you need it to be?</h3>   <h3 class="wp-block-heading">Below are a couple of players that I believe are D2 (high major-low major) prospects that have been consistent since the beginning of the season. </h3>    <p class="text-gray-700">Taji has a strong shot at securing a D1 offer over the next couple of years. The only thing that might put a hold on that is her being a “tweener.” However, I could see her becoming a focal point for a high-major D2 program. Her skillset is guard-like, and she has the physical attributes to play the 3/4 position if needed. From every angle and spot, she can hurt you on the offensive end, and she's been doing that plus more. She will be a name to watch over the next couple of years.<br></p>     <p class="text-gray-700">If you've been keeping up with Sizemore over the past two years, then you know she could easily throw her hat in as one of the top guards in this sophomore class. However, her size might limit the offers that come through. But if she finds her way onto a D2 program, Sizemore could be a name etched into the record books. She has everything you need out of a high-energy guard: playmaker, scorer, and a defensive mindset.<br></p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Porter has been consistent with her game and has consistently been mentioned as one of the most improved players in the state. She's secured a couple of POTGs this season and has had some breakout moments as well. Her game could fit into most schemes, and though she's not the fastest player on the court, there's an argument that she's always the smartest. A D2 offer has been sent to her, but I believe a D1 offer could roll in over the next year or two.<br></p>     <p class="text-gray-700">One of the purest guards in the state. If the scoring isn't falling for Abdul, you can bet that she's still making plays for her teammates. The vision and patience of Sara are matched by few players in this class, let alone this state. Her talents would help any high-level D2 program take things to another level… but I believe a D1 offer could still be made if the right program is still in search.<br></p>     <p class="text-gray-700">If you've been keeping up with Sizemore over the past couple of years then you understand how talented she truly is, regardless of the size. As a D1 college program the size might scare you, but if you're looking to compete as one of the best D2 programs, then offering Lilyan could change your program for the better. The stats are loud, but when you break down the film.. shes more then an offensive juggernaut. The kid is just effeicent.<br></p>
