Mariah Watkins from Rolla High School is a standout athlete and an inspiring individual. As a point guard, she plays a pivotal role in the team's success, consistently balancing scoring with exceptional defensive contributions. Despite Rolla being a smaller school, their stats have improved significantly, and Mariah has been instrumental in that progress.
She is regularly in the top three scoring positions and averages at least four steals per game, with a season-high of seven. Her defensive skills, which are often overlooked for point guards, have been a key factor in the team's success. Competing in Class 6 for the first time this year, Rolla has already established itself as a strong contender, thanks in large part to Mariah's leadership and skill.
