Each player listed below is someone that should make a lasting impact within their program come Playoff time. This is a mixture of individuals who have been here before and some who haven't but either way, they have proven this Winter that they can put up some notable numbers. If they stay on their toes moving into these next few weeks, who knows what they could make happen.

Diller-Odell is going to have a good chance to make the D1 State Tournament these next few weeks if [player_tooltip player_id='766565' first='Myleigh' last='Weers'] plays to her full capabilities. Weer is the highest ranking prospect out of her District and she is going to be able to carry her group for a few more games. It'll become much more interesting after the District winners are confirmed as than we can see who they will have to compete against to go to State but either way, I expect this group to be in that conversation. Soley because of the skill-set and ability of Weers. She is going to be a killer on the D2 floor following this year but for now, she is locked in at the task at hand.

We haven't covered Raymond Central too much this Winter but that hasn't stopped them from putting together an impressive showing so far. Their leader being [player_tooltip player_id='1105870' first='Kenzie' last='TenEyck'] at the SG position. TenEyck leads her team this season in PPG (13.3) and RPG (5.5), while shooting at a 47% clip from the field. She also happens to come in at third on her team's list in SPG with 2.5. A pretty impressive number to accumulate each contest. TenEyck is going to be looked upon to make some big plays down the stretch when it comes to their District pairings. They do have the chance to host their Districts so home court advantage could play a huge factor in their success. The other big power house school that they have to get through for a shot at State is undefeated Lincoln Christian. A task that will not be for the faint of heart.

[player_tooltip player_id='935294' first='MaKenna' last='Karr'] of Silver Lake High School has been her team's source inside the lane and when it comes to the rebounding department. On the year, Karr is averaging just under 10 PPG, while bringing in over 7 RPG at the same time. As a player, she falls into the category of a CG because of her mixture of being a Forward, along with her skill-set. She isn't the tallest prospect on the floor but she has the demeanor of someone who plays in the middle and that is something that you can't teach at times. She isn't afraid to step out and kill her matchup from the outside though, if the situation calls for it. Silver Lake has more than one producer in their efforts. They are fairly stacked in that department and that's why I think they will be the group to make it out of their D2 District.

Blue Hill High School will be tasked with having to beat Superior High School, as long as both programs take care of their business early on in the Playoffs. At the front for Blue Hill we have SG - [player_tooltip player_id='977393' first='Ellie' last='Mangers'], who I expect to be an X-factor in their future contest against Superior. Superior will come out with a tough PG across the way and a dominant big. If Blue Hill can handle those two things early on in the game, they could make it interesting before you know it. This team is led by a lot of senior leadership and upperclassman players. If they use their experience, make the most out of their chances, and they get the ball into their best players hands then it should be a battle that boils down to the wire.

If you are looking for a Sophomore prospect with a lot of promise at the CG position, look no further than [player_tooltip player_id='988347' first='Caylie' last='Softley'] of Maywood/Hayes Center High School. Softley comes in at about 5'9, she is a main producer for her Wolves team on the season and she is looking to make a major impact come Playoff time. She might only be in her second year at the Varsity level but she does well. I can't imagine what she could turn into over the next two seasons if she stays dedicated with her eyes on the prize with the correct guidance.
