We will have our first look at our 2029 Class at the end of March when their first official Rankings Update occurs. This 2029 Class is an extremely skilled one with several future stars. It will all come down to the players individual progression over the year but the potential is there. In this piece we talk about five more players out of the 2029 Class, that you should know about if you don't already.

I am very interested in [player_tooltip player_id='1201513' first='Ali' last='Aguirre'] and what she is going to be able to do on the Varsity floor as a Freshman with her Ankeny High School team. Aguirre is one of those that should receive Varsity minutes right away with her mixture of height, her guard like skill-set, and her athletic ability. On the AAU floor over the years Aguirre has been a force and even saying that might be an understatement. She is usually getting buckets every which way offensively, while being a sound defender at the same time. When it's this early in someone's career, you never know what might happen ultimately. If Aguirre becomes what everyone thinks she can be, it's going to be special to see unfold these next four years.

[player_tooltip player_id='1049699' first='Berkley' last='Smith'] is going to be a contributor at Clear Lake High School if she is put in the position for success early on. Smith, a 5'3 PG, is someone that is able to run both the PG or SG position, depending who is on the floor with her. From watching her over the past two years, Smith has a lot of shooting sets ran for her within the half court with her team off double screens. She also demonstrates that she moves really well after passing the ball on the outside. She is one of those that you have to stick with after her pass or else she will cut and get it right back for a bucket within the teeth of the defense. I'm not sure if Smith see's big minutes right away over the next year but I do think she is someone that makes an impact on both ends and that is going to shine through sooner or later.

Waukee NW keeps getting better and better with the prospects they bring to the floor each Winter. Someone that is going to join their group as a Freshman this upcoming Fall is PG/SG, [player_tooltip player_id='1201510' first='Grace' last='McCann']. McCann is a better than average guard for her age, that shows a lot of the same ability as her older sister. She is a player that can make a lot happen with very little time or space, she can defend multiple positions, and when her natural instincts take over - she makes really good plays on and off of the ball. The Wolves are looking dangerous right now and no matter how this season ends for them, they will return next year with even more talent.

Making the right choices is an ability that stands out when you are a young prospect trying to make a name for yourself. If you can make the right choices when you have the ball, recruiters and evaluators will notice. [player_tooltip player_id='884401' first='Tenleigh' last='Uthoff'] is one of those players that makes those right choices. She brings to the table a solid handle, a smart head on her shoulders, and she displays leadership by example out on the floor. As of right now, she doesn't jump off the screen athletically as much but she makes up for that with her knowledge of the game. It's always fun to see how these prospects grow up and what they turn into. If Uthoff works hard, she could become a complete Varsity prospect within a year or two. She just needs to stay locked in.

[player_tooltip player_id='1201512' first='Nikki' last='Muller'] is the little sister of Ellie and [player_tooltip player_id='777225' first='Katie' last='Muller'] of Dowling Catholic. If Nikki turns out to have any of the skill that either of her sisters have, she is going to become someone that we hear about early on in her high school career with the Maroons. Muller already stands at 5'11 going into her Freshman summer and I think she is still going to grow a little bit more before she is done. Skill wise, Muller is still in the process of learning the game but she has shown consistent promise over her career so far. If she continues to grow in the game, both metaphorically and literally, she is going to be a handful to stop at the high school level before you know it.
