Nogales and Flowing Wells battling for Region title

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Nogales Lady Apaches notched a huge victory last Friday when they beat Flowing Wells which was leading the standings in a very competitive 5A Southern Region. The Lady Cabs upset the #8 Open Ranked Pueblo Warriors earlier in the week to put them on top of the Region, but the loss to Nogales puts all 3 teams at a tie for first place with two weeks left in the season. Nogales was led by Freshman [player_tooltip player_id='1050010' first='Arlette' last='Munoz'], who scored 19 Points and showed why she is considered one of the top Freshman in the State. Flowing Wells was led by [player_tooltip player_id='558904' first='Nevaeh' last='Urenda'] who scored 9 points. She is an outstanding shooter but can score on drives to the basket and mid range shots. She has a great feel for the game and makes difficult shots look easy at times.
