[player_tooltip player_id='928377' first='Amayah' last='Barnes'] is an exceptional ball handler using her evasive maneuvers to get by her opponent and to the rim. She can finish on both sides even with hands in her face, and she doesn't shy away from pulling up for her jumper. Her talent draws a lot of attention from her opponents, but she continues to find ways to get to the gaps and make smart passes getting her teammates involved.

[player_tooltip player_id='755820' first='Hina' last='Nakamura'] does well sliding around the arc finding the opening to put up her shot from deep. She does well tracking the ball on defense, too, knocking it away and grabbing the steal. She handles the ball well taking these turnovers up the court herself making the play on her own or making the dish to her teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id='832235' first='Sydney' last='McGuire'] became one of the first guards off the bench for Mallard Creek, and that statement in itself says a lot its the talent they had. She comes in to help handle the ball up the court as she remains calm handling any kind of pressure. She is a sharp shooter getting to the opening on her own, and she is consistently looking to get her teammates involved hitting them with the pass. She doesn't back down from anyone on defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='772534' first='Sara' last='Kate Carr'] is a major reason Wesleyan Christian was in the 4A State Championship game, and she had an exceptional performance that game, too. She rises to the challenge hitting big shots when it matters around the perimeter, and she is constantly moving on offense finding the openings and ways to contribute to her team. She's quick with the ball exploding up the court making it count at the rim.
