I write about "the magic number" over and over because it's just that and for over 15 years, I have received an abundance of calls from next-level programs asking about players who are 6'0 and over after they have graduated, so that should give you a clue on how importance size matters when you can play

Long is a twin and she and her sisters' games mirror each other in so many ways yet they're separating themselves into becoming a formidable HI-LO threat on the court. Scarlett's timing and rebounding are taking off yet her "hands and footwork" to score in the paint had me SMH because of the fluidity with which she's doing it

Long is, you guessed it, the other twin and like her sister which I failed to mention, are both "LONG and athletic" but I'm watching her show she can play outside of the paint more and more and seeing her score from the wing attacking the basket had me smiling. Sure, she scores inside the paint and has good court vision, but her defense has gotten better outside the paint as well

Moore could have been saved for my NEW FACES Tip Sheet but she gave me enough to add her on here for several reasons starting with she can play multiple positions, she comprehends the game and she defended both in and outside the paint. I love her upside as she showed she could finish around the rim and facing the basket

Gomis is not only "long and athletic" but peep this, she's going to be ULTRA athletic because she's showing her ability to do things instinctively as well as react and recover, please don't question me, I know what I know. Her timing is among the best in the state, right now, all classes included, and watching her score off the dribble and finish after contact coupled with her high upside is sort of scary, for defenders

Szczechowiak grabbed my attention when she walked into the building, ironically her mom and my daughter played together in Poland, never would have known that if I didn't engage with people. She stands above "the magic number" and has good timing and a solid skill set. She blocked, altered, and even deflected some shots, scored around the basket, and showed she could defend inside the paint
