My first time seeing Whitney play in person and it left a lasting impression! On a team full of superstars, she shined just as bright! Her defense was stifling, applying menacing ball pressure and locking down the perimeter. Pick-pocket hands led to a number of steals. On offense, she used screens effectively to create space for 3's. Her energy was absolutely contagious!

I expected strong play around the rim and furious rebounding, but I didn't expect her to stretch out and knock down a 3! ... and that's exactly what she did. A confident-looking 3, at that! She got up and down the floor with fluid mobility, keeping up with the pace and establishing position in the post.

Tatum is known for a versatile, Swiss-Army knife type of game; long, quick and efficient scoring it at multiple levels. I saw a lot of that on display today, including lots of disruption in the passing lanes that gave girls headaches. Something that really stood out today was her footwork in the paint. She has fine-tuned a lot of things, including a pretty step-through and the ability to escape doubles.

She might be a small guard but don't count her out! She did a lot of great things vs NY Havoc Pearl this afternoon. With the ball in her hands, she was constantly scanning the floor to facilitate; approached the game with a team-first mentality. Lots of patience and a very positive demeanor even when things weren't going her way. You can tell she has fun when she plays; it's written all over her face!

Hayley put in work today vs the PA Royals! High release point shooting the 3, making it hard for the opponent to successfully close out on her. Not just a spot-up shooter, she thrived in uptempo play and was not afraid to take it the length of the floor; rebound and push ahead.

Grace came out of the gates guns blazing vs the Lightning. She was vocal in calling for the ball and super confident in her shot selection. She drained multiple deep 3's from the wing, 2 feet+ behind the arc. Smart floater to avoid getting her shot rejected when attacking the lane. Very committed on defense. Her rotations looked crisp; didn't lose her man. She played loose and enjoyed the moment.

[player_tooltip player_id='885455' first='Olivia' last=''] accounted for a lot of the Hawks' offense today. She was stellar off the catch and shoot, draining 3's from all around the arc. She made smart decisions on the fly and displayed a high IQ when initiating contact on drives. Super speedy getting ahead of the pack in transition. She knew how to bait the defense into fouling her and converted easy points at the line.

Ava has completely transformed her body and came out looking like an entirely different player today vs the Michigan Mystics, both physically and with her skillset. She's extending her range out to 3, looking the most confidence I've ever seen stretching out and knocking down triples. Her inside-out game is rapidly evolving and it's a testament to the work she's putting in behind-the-scenes. Great size at 6'1" and excellent mobility running the floor and keeping up with much smaller guards.

This was my first time getting eyes on Morghan live and in-person. I'll say this.. film just doesn't do her greatness justice! A 2028 playing up on the 17U P24 squad, she was dynamite today vs Empire State and Michigan Mystics. She brought electricity to the back court and dazzled with shifty handles and the ability to finish with either hand. In fact, she may just have some of the best handles in the entire field. Unable to be stopped in the open court; signature one-handed scoop finish. Devastating step-back jumpers and pull-up 3's. She goes just as hard on defense, putting the clamps on and forcing opponents to give up the ball. Two-way menace.
