Under The Radar Feedback- Heart Of Texas

In this article:
No matter what you think, the vast majority of players are UNDER THE RADAR. Common sense and simple math should show you that, and please, don't question me because I've been there and done that in a variety of ways for almost 20 years, so I had to check up and see what next-level coaches saw, here ya go
Davis has been impressing me since I drove to Oklahoma for a camp before her first middle school game. Her energy and skillset immediately grabbed my attention, and watching her score multiple ways since then showed her progression "on the court."
FEEDBACK "she overpowers whoever is defending her off the dribble" "she finishes strongly after contact" "her jumper was smooth" "great court vision and very undelfish" yet these two right here "she never lets up on the defensive end and she didn't back down inside the paint, often outrebounding taller players"
Highlights
Piles is one of those players who gives a hunnid on both ends, and watching her play "bigger than she is" over the years has been a joy because she will not be outworked
FEEDBACK "undersized yet gets the job done inside the paint," which she has shown since I first saw her, yet here's another "gutsy, takes charges, dives for loose balls" but her sacrificing her body is also nothing new. She scored off the dribble and dropped the short jumper
Rogers is always in the gym working on her game, and I've always enjoyed seeing her understand how to get hers in the flow, as well as her good shot selection and not forcing anything, but here's what I got back
FEEDBACK "She does a good job getting to her spot and dropping the jumper." "loved how alert she was on defense," "she saw the floor and was vocal on the court," all are things I've been saying since day 1, yet her finishing strongly after contact in the game I caught was also nice
Highlights
Alexander has joined a new club team, and after catching her not missing a beat, I just smiled. She's "long and athletic" which is the base, and her "timing" to block, alter, and (or deflect shots stood out in her opening game
FEEDBACK "loved her versatility as she was able to play multiple positions, on either end" "reacts well to block shots," "scores with ease around the basket using her length," "nice short jumper"
Highlights
Kolhe has always been one of those players who played within herself and just got the job done. She's heady, stays under control, and showed she could score, yet her intensity and being more aggressive had me smiling as she has turned a corner
FEEDBACK "she makes plays" "not afraid to take the big shot" "solid defender " but watching her attack the basket and finish after the lick was huge, so was her playing the passing lane. She also shot the ball with confidence and followed her shot #THROWBACK
Highlights
Crudup is silently climbing up the ladder, and I saw that a few weeks ago, but seeing her with a new club team and showing she belongs on the court was huge for her, as she's playing freely and with more confidence. By the way, she's "long and athletic"
FEEDBACK "did a good job scoring from all 3 levels" "rebounded on both the offensive and defensive end" "stayed with her man defensively" yet I caught her doing something else I love seeing, playing the passing lane. Her ceiling is high
Highlights
Johnson has the right first name because she is a "diamond in the rough" and as good as she has looked previously, her growth, both on and off the court, told me a lot, so did her poise under pressure
FEEDBACK "solid scorer who wanted the ball" "does a good job hitting teammates and making the right decisions" "effortlessly drops it from deep" but here's another one, she was playing up and had no problem whatsoever attacking and finishing strongly after contact
