<p>Prep Girls Hoops Kansas is scheduled to release updated rankings for the Class of 2027 on April 15.</p>

<p>Those rankings will include 200 total athletes, and 66 athletes will be debuting in the rankings.</p>

<p>Here is a sneak peek at five athletes who will be joining the rankings for the first time.</p>

<p>Athletes, parents, coaches, and subscribers will have to return to see where each of these five get slotted in the '27 Kansas rankings. <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1224326' first='Harriet' last='Dean']</strong>, 5'7”, CG, Jefferson West, ‘27</p>

<p>Dean is a multiple-sport prospect at Jefferson West. She scored 10.2 points per game during his sophomore season. She is currently ranked No. 20 overall by Prep Dig Kansas and is the fifth-ranked setter. She also plays softball and has one home run as the Tigers are off to a 6-0 start this spring on the diamond.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1224673' first='Asiah' last='Sullivan']</strong>, 5'8”, SF, Andover, ‘27</p>

<p>Andover's Sullivan will be added to the rankings. She is a solid defender who can score from deep. During her sophomore season, she averaged 8.2 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.2 steals per contest. She has nice court vision and can score in transition.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1224646' first='Reagan' last='Cheney']</strong>, 6'0”, PF, Beloit, ‘27</p>

<p>Cheney is a physical athlete who can control the paint. She scored 5.1 points per game and grabbed 5.2 rebounds per contest. She thought 42 percent from the field during her sophomore campaign. She is not a threat to score outside as he attempted just three shots behind the arc.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1191833' first='Kayln' last='Ifland']</strong>, 5'9”, SF, Smith Center, ‘27</p>

<p>Ifland is a long talent who can scoot down the floor. She filled up her sophomore season stat line with averages of 10.3 points, six rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 2.8 steals per contest. She is a three-level scorer and shot 56 percent from the free-throw line.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1224316' first='Cashton' last='Leeper']</strong>, 5'6”, CG, South Central, ‘27</p>

<p>Leeper is the highest scorer on this list. She dropped 12.8 points per game as a sophomore. She is not afraid to crash the boards and grabbed 6.8 boards per game in 20 contests. She can score with her back to the basket or from deep. She made 17 three-point field goals last season.</p>
