[player_tooltip player_id='957840' first='Savanna' last='Wright'] has been nails for her AIA 15U EYBL team after coming off of a 8th Grade EYBL National Title last season. Wright is a smooth operator with the ball. She moves effortlessly down the floor and is always the player to hit her teammate with that extra pass within a possession. Wright is fairly skilled in most facets of the game but her moves won't blow you away. She just plays fundamentally and that helps her shine as a legitimate recruit for the collegiate level. There should be several suitors for Wright in the near future. She is coming off of a 3A State Title, giving her a very impressive résumé for someone out of the 2028 Class at this time.

When [player_tooltip player_id='867871' first='Amiyah' last='Gulley'] was younger, she was a firecracker. Someone that played with an extremely high motor and with extremely high pace. My only con I had for her was that she needed to be more efficient as she got older. Well, after seeing Gulle a few times this AAU season, it's safe to say that she is learning at a high rate and becoming one of Illinois best overall players at the high school level. She is doing everything asked of her as a distributor, while also being someone that no one can stay in front of defensively. It takes her 1 second to blow by her defender and if that does happen, it usually ends up in a crafty finish for herself within 12 FT of the bucket. [program_tooltip program_id='712375' first='All' last='in'] all, I love where Gulley's game is progressing to. She has been one of the best I've seen on the road this AAU season at her position.

If you are looking for a hooper that plays the game the right way and is very productive while doing so, look no further. Here we have Riley Schellhammer of Michigan Crossover EYBL. We have highlighted Schellhammer in the past as being one of the best 2028's we've seen but she has been playing at an entirely new level this AAU season. I'm not sure if it's just her growing up or if it's the system she is in with her new EYBL program but it's noteworthy. In Live Viewing Session #1 of the Spring, she averaged 21.4 PPG, 5.2 RPG, and 2.4 SPG. Including going 30-33 from the charity stripe, 21-42 from behind the three point line, and leading her team to an overall 4-1 record. In Live College Viewing Session #2, she averaged 23.6 PPG and helped her team to another 4-1 recored. Production doesn't lie and that's why Schellhammer has received a couple D1 offers the past few days. Now she just needs to keep it rolling.

I first had the chance to see EllaMay Cooper when she was an 8th grade on a different program but even then you could tell that Cooper was a next level player. She was making the most of her offensive attempts, she was uncontainable with how well she could handle the ball, and she got after it defensively as well. I had a chance to see Cooper compete live a few weeks ago once again and she has progressed at a sound rate. Cooper does what needs to be done, plan and simple. She is tough to stick with when she is moving down-hill and she is always trying to get some teammate open around her. After this past weekend, Cooper received some love. Grabbing a D1 offer to continue on her career following High School. I don't expect this to be Cooper's last offer. She is really fun to watch and she has a well-rounded game for her position. Two things that should lead her to success as she continues to ball out.

I will forever be a fan of [player_tooltip player_id='514946' first='Shania' last='James'] and what she brings to the hardwood. James is lightning fast, always in control, and she always pulling something interesting out of her hat in crucial moments of the game. This is someone that has been [program_tooltip program_id='834910' first='Example' last='Sports'] 2026 UAA leader for a few years now. Offensively, not only can she handle, she is a bucket at every level you can imagine. She can hit you with a nasty crossover into a lay at the rim, she can get into the midrange and splash a floater, she can pull up from deep off the catch or dribble, and she can outsmart anyone that stands in her way at any given moment. Easily one of the best PG's I've seen so far this AAU season on the road. She is a game-changer now and she will be a game-changer at the next level too.
