The way that [player_tooltip player_id='884714' first='Brady' last='Mulhaney'] walks around and the confidence level she has, you can tell that she has it together. Then you see her dish out a nice one-handed assist off a nice crossover move and you KNOW that she has it together. On countless occasions this weekend Mulhaney was dishing out some smooth looking assists to her open teammates down the floor. Mulhaney also demonstrated that she has an experienced dribble, solid vision, and a really smart head on her shoulders. She understands the flow of the game and when she should do what, giving her a big advantage against the competition. This is one of the more well-rounded players I saw on the weekend. She walks the walk and that was noteworthy to see.

[player_tooltip player_id='874527' first='Harper' last='Sowinski'] of [program_tooltip program_id='713038' first='Wisconsin' last='Blaze'] 13U Gold might of put together the most impressive shooting weekend out of everyone at this PGH event, no matter the age level. Sowinski completed her weekend going 16 for 25 behind the three point line, averaging just over 16 PPG to help her team to an overall 3-1 record. Sowinski is a natural. She passes the eye test with flying colors as a SG. When you see her let it go, she also has balanced feet, a fundamental shooting stroke, good power behind it, and she seems to always be on target somewhat. She doesn't have many shot attempts where it doesn't look it's going in. All in all, when you have younger prospects in the game, it's good that they understand what their job is and H.S. understands that her job is to let it fly from distance. Something she is already pretty good at.

[player_tooltip player_id='1240848' first='Brynn' last='Hough'] is going to be a solid competitor when she gets to the Varsity level in a few years at GTRA. Hough is someone that competes with little wasted movement, she understands the goal that her team is trying to accomplish, she is fairly coordinated, and she knows when to step up in important moments to make a play. We saw this all weekend long out of Hough as she competed with her [program_tooltip program_id='713071' first='Play4Him' last='Academy'] team out of Iowa. This showing was somewhat eye-opening for anyone watching. This Play4Him group has some noteworthy players that will make a difference at the high school level one day. They just have to wait a few years before that happens.

There is a lot to like about [player_tooltip player_id='1229383' first='Natalie' last='Rudnick'] and what she brings to the hardwood. Rudnick has an experienced feel for the game for her age. She is a versatile prospect at the guard position that can play on or off of the basketball. She doesn't necessarily need the ball in her hands for a long period of time to produce and that matters. 95% of the game is played without the ball so that she makes efficient moves when she does touch it will translate to the next level one day. Rudnick demonstrated these past few days that she is a well-rounded scorer, a better than average passer, and a respectable defender as well. As long as she stays hungry, she is sure to be a name we hear more often as time she gets into her Freshman year at Seymour High School.
