[player_tooltip player_id='1221233' first='Kinley' last='Ford'] has grabbed national attention on the road this Spring while playing up a grade level with her 15U ETG Midwest [program_tooltip program_id='713325' first='Elite' last=''] 3SSB team. Ford is a skilled PG out of the Alma area of Nebraska. She is the type that will be game-changer at the Varsity level instantly because of how seasoned her overall game is. She can do it all and lead a program to success at high rates. We have seen it time and time again and now she is ready to show that to everyone watching this month of June with her high school squad. I expect Ford to have a great month at the Varsity level and then to come back for July ready to go. If she plays to her full capabilities, she is going to draw more attention as we move into the Fall.

I am excited to see how GLM does during her Freshman season at Millard West. Millard West is well ran and well known program. They do things the right way and they have a lot of success because of it. In almost any other situation, I'd say that GLM is a Varsity starter but I'm not sure with the Wildcats. They might have her play JV/Sophomores for a year to gain experience, but then it should be Varsity time. It could go either way and honestly, I think no matter what happens this upcoming season that she is going to be just fine. This is one of the best shooters I've ever seen at the middle school level from distance. As long as she continues to build on everything else, she will be on a college roster before you know it.

[player_tooltip player_id='1224969' first='Kenzli' last='Vasa'] is going to be someone that has the opportunity to change her high school team's Varsity program over the next four years and that starts this week. Vasa is a skilled and crafty prospect at the PG position. She is thorough in the aspects of creating and facilitating, rebounding, scoring, and defending. She is also good enough to be able to move between the 1 or the 2 spot but she really thrives with the rock in her possession coming down the floor. Vasa is currently playing up a few grade levels this Spring and KILLING it. If this Winter is going to be anything like what we've seen so far, hold on because we are going to be in for a treat!

It's going to continue to be a process but I like what I have seen out of [player_tooltip player_id='1224371' first='Mayci' last='Dolliver'] so far this Spring. Dolliver is currently a mix between the 1 and the 2 position as a hooper. I think over time that she will eventually stick to the PG spot with her ability to make others around her better but she is also a solider scorer of the basketball so if she moves over to the SG spot, it could also work. Pender returning from a State Title and they are going to be favorites again to repeat. I think Mayci will be on their Varsity roster right away and she will have an impact in them going back-to-back. A goal that will be tough but it will be do-able.

We mentioned [player_tooltip player_id='897131' first='Stella' last='Burgher'] a few weeks ago because of the Spring season she is putting together with her [program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] UAA team. Burgher has good size for her age, a well rounded skill set as a CG, and she has some versatility overall. Lincoln Christian is coming off of their own State Title as well but unlike Pender, they lose A LOT of their production from last season. That's going to leave a lot of opportunity for others to step up. They will have seasoned veterans like [player_tooltip player_id='1153871' first='Maci' last='Pittenger'] but I'm expecting others to be needed to make a lasting impact. Other like Burgher. She has been fantastic this Spring so far and I'm expecting to see more of that this June.
