Taylor is a tough, high-motor guard who goes all out on both ends of floor. She got good penetration off the dribble and did an excellent job drawing contact. She knows how to initiate the fast break and makes crisp and accurate passes in transition. Taylor also showed strong on-ball defense and lateral quickness.

Kiersten did a great job leaking out in transition and capitalizing on fast-break opportunities. She made aggressive drives to the cup, delivered from the post with a smooth turnaround jumper, and showed nice touch from the mid-range as well. She is primed for a big senior season for Scott County.

Loralee has a solid all-around game. She made good use of ball screens, delivering a nice pass out of the action to put her teammate in position to score. She also showed toughness inside, going up strong and drawing a foul, then knocked down a triple with ease.

I liked what I saw from Layla against Boyd County. She outworked everyone on the glass, pulling down several key rebounds throughout the game. Layla was in rhythm on the offensive end, burying multiple threes and showing a lot of confidence in her outside shot.

Nakiah has transferred and taken her talents to Ohio powerhouse Purcell Marian. She showed great feel for the game with a smart read and a tough scoop layup, then got to the line and converted. Moments later, she hustled back on defense to come up with an impressive block. She also made good use of a hesi dribble and drove the ball hard to draw another foul, then followed it up with a nice pass to a cutter for an easy bucket, then hit a clean jumper. Nakiah continues to prove she can make plays on both ends of the floor.

Hannah displayed great awareness on the offensive end, making smart, timely basket cuts that led to easy scoring chances. She finished well at the rim and also showed off her deep range from three, A high-IQ player who understands spacing and how to put herself in position to score.

Skeeter caught my eye with her performance against Nicholas County. She put pressure on the defense with her downhill attacks, and finished through contact with great body control at the rim. She also made sure to box out when a shot went up.

Annette looked sharp against Spring Valley. She finished strong at the basket, made a good closeout on defense, and used active hands to come away with a steal. She also showed toughness on the boards, grabbing a strong offensive rebound and putting it back up for two.
