Taylor balled out at the Midwest Elite Shootout in Tipton, Missouri last week, impacting the game in every possible way. She opened the event with 18 points, 7 assists, and 4 steals in Game 1, followed by a balanced performance of 16 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists, and 4 steals in Game 2. She then exploded in Game 3, going off for 30 points, 4 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals to cap an incredible weekend. The Lady Aces improve to 2–2 on the season and now turn their attention to a major test as they travel to Louisville to take on the reigning state champions, Sacred Heart, tonight.

Taylor is a tough, high-motor guard who goes all out on both ends of floor. She got good penetration off the dribble and did an excellent job drawing contact. She knows how to initiate the fast break and makes crisp and accurate passes in transition. Taylor also showed strong on-ball defense and lateral quickness.
