[player_tooltip player_id='1039130' first='Addy' last='Osborne'], in her first year of high school hoops for Mt. Juliet High School, showed she had a lot to offer as a player, especially on the defensive end. She does a great job of predicting opponents' passes and positioning herself in ideal positions to get steals. At the guard position as a freshman she is bigger standing at 5'8" and does a great job at not allowing an opposing guard easy accses to drive into the lane.

Offensively, Osborne is a good conductor. She is not overly aggressive and finds her teammates when they are open, especially shooters on the perimeter. She also has solid speed and is comfortable in finishing in transition

Sharpton has a big chance to climb the TN ranks in her sophomore season. As a freshman at Tullahoma High School, she started on varsity. Her knack for getting rebounds, steals, and willingness to dive for a loose ball made her impossible to keep off the court. Offensively she showcased some things too, and can make an even bigger impact in that department this year.

Sharpton has a great touch on her jumper. Throughout the season, she became more and more comfortable at knocking down threes, and at a good clip, also. At the start of the season, she proved that she could drive through contact towards the basket and be successful, and this skill she had only gotten stronger as the season went on.

[player_tooltip player_id='807084' first='Harper' last='White'] showed a lot of versatility in her freshman season. The main areas this shined in were her perimeter defense and her three-point shooting.

With her knockdown jumper, she has great mechanics to go with it. She has a high release point and a pretty quick release speed. Last season for Maryville High School she had multiple games with two or made threes, including games against Stone Memorial and Alcoa High School where she mad three shots from behind the arc.

On defense, she has good size and does a solid job at walling up defenders. She also has the gift of just being able to generate steals. She also last season had multiple games with two or more steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='822474' first='Valencia' last='Hailey'], although listed as a guard, can post up down low when needed. Hailey, in her freshman season, displayed above-average strength at the guard position. She is able to back down defenders at the one spot easily. This allows her to move to other spots on the floor and play and guard different positions. She has great footwork to pair with her strength that allows her to manuever the lane and get high quality shots at the basket. And she can also shoot from long distance. Hailey showed this in a game last year where she recorded three three pointers against La Vergne and Creek Wood High School.

She can also rebound at an extremely high level. Against East Nashville last year, she had 18 points and 10 rebounds.

Rising sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1155243' first='Jaylah' last='Barber'] is a steal machine. In three contests last year, she had four or more steals for Bartlett High School against Arlington, Cordova, and Gibson County High School. Along with her defensive game, she has high-level skills on the offensive side of things.

She is quick, and that speed is maintained when she is on the dribble. This allows her to shoot gaps and attack any holes that the defense has. She also has above-average dribble moves. Paired with her speed, this is a deadly combo. Barber is also a great distributor; she can fire off quick passes as soon as her teammates break open.
