Alayna is a young lead guard with a budding PG IQ and a skill set that put her in the conversation as one of the top floor generals in the freshman division. She was very good in transition as she did a good job getting to her spots and either getting her own looks or creating easy looks for her teammates. She is an orchestrator of the offense, a heady ball-handler in ball-screen action, and a multi-level scorer. She was constantly getting paint touches, putting pressure on the rim, and making plays in the heart of a collapsed defense.

Imari did a good job of establishing herself in the paint on both ends of the floor. She plays a physical brand of basketball, which was unmatched by her peers, as they had a difficult time adjusting. She showed an ability to rim and run and handle in the open floor, but there is still room for continued development when it comes to handling in space. She was active on the glass and got a lot of easy points off put-backs. Defensively, her length caused problems as she challenged shots and forced potential scorers to alter their looks.
