What is "THE GLUE"? Well, holding things together is the easiest way to explain it, so watching players do that, and at times changing the momentum, kept me GLUED to my seat

Johnson had me smiling after doing things I enjoyed from another era. I love seeing players "follow their shot", yeah, that's #THROWBACK. Her deceptive first step was nice as she attacked the basket to score, her body control on her finishes, after contact included was also good, but seeing her create her shot and drop as well as showing the "catch and shoot" with a hand in her face was solid

Wade is an athletic guard who uses her athleticism on both ends. Her defense in the set looked good, but her pressure "baseline to baseline" helped create turnovers. She understands positioning, which helped her outrebound taller players, and seeing her handle the ball afterward and see the floor in transition was nice, so was her "stop and pop" jumper as well as her dropping it ala "catch and shoot"

Davis was another athletic guard who brought heat on both ends, and her "on the ball" pressure baseline to baseline was smothering at times. She showed quick hands to "pick pockets". She played the passing lane, and seeing her handle the ball while being pressured after the steal looked good, so did her get position to outrebound taller players, and she scored off the dribble

Williams showed me she could shoot the ball and drop it consistently at the TABC Showcase, see evaluations here, and that performance was enough for me to add her to the 2028 Rankings. I don't need a cheat sheet or blueprint because I'm a REAL EVALUATOR. Seeing her do the same thing in the LIVE period against more heat, it's not what you do, it's who you do it against, has me seeing her potential to continue rising, catch and shoot from deep had me SMH

Luna was a pleasant surprise as she used her frame on both ends of the court. When you factor in that she rebounded, also on both ends, and ran the floor, all are pluses, yet things kept being added because she goes AFTA the ball off the rim, DESIRE is something you can't teach. Her interior defense looked good; she also stepped outside the paint to guard her man, and she scored both around the basket and off the dribble
