PGH Expo: Team 6 Evaluations

The 2025 Expo was loaded with talent as 80 prospects took the court on September 27th, 2025. Our format included 4 hours of games split up into predetermined 3v3 and 5v5 matchups. Let's talk about media exposure. There have been thousands of views on X of coverage provided by our scouts during the event, and our articles will be read by hundreds. Every participant is featured in our post-event articles, which is a unique and special aspect of the Prep Girls Hoops showcases. Girls had the opportunity to play for different college coaches. My coverage focused primarily on teams 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8. Here are a few highlights for each player from Team 6 below!    Jensyn competes with a high motor on the court and she was determined to make impact plays for Team 6 at the PGH Expo. Jensyn showed her range by hitting shots from the perimeter, worked hard to secure rebounds, and hit the deck to scrap for 50/50 balls. One of her highlights was a strong and-one layup through contact.     Alexandria is a tough, physical, and determined forward. She gave Team 6 an edge with her aggressiveness and confidence at the PGH Expo. Alexandria was effective in screen and roll actions. She caught passes with soft hands, and finished effectively off two feet. Alexandria changed directions with her dribble to score a layup. She showed her ability to step outside and knock down three-pointers.     Delaney showed her athleticism and playmaking abilities with Team 6 at the PGH Expo. She handles the ball confidently with both hands, scans the floor, and plays effectively with or without the ball. Delaney is a threat to score at all three levels and is active on defense. She sealed her defender to present a passing target, caught the ball with good hands, and finished with a soft layup off the glass. Delaney used a quick spin move to score a floater and was a tough matchup.     Jaila came out firing, and she knocked down multiple triples during the 3v3 segment. Jaila was a force on the offensive glass for Team 6--her physicality, effort, and determination on both ends stand out. Jaila has a second gear when she drives to the basket and finishes well off two feet. She has the strength to power through contact and is capable of playing inside or on the perimeter. Jaila gets to the foul line and creates matchup problems for opponents.     Alayna is an outstanding facilitator, and her unselfish style helped set up teammates at the PGH Expo. She worked hard on the defensive end, using quick hands and anticipation to create steals. Alayna delivered passes on the money for assists and pushed the ball in transition confidently with both hands. She's a multidimensional point guard who can light it up with her three-point shooting.     Rilynn has great instincts on the court. She anticipated misses and crashed hard to secure offensive rebounds. Rilynn protected the ball with her body and used an excellent step-through pivot to score a contested bucket. She buried a smooth wing three and accelerated downhill with a burst to score a tough finish in top gear. Rilynn was impactful on both sides of the ball for Team 6 and earned recognition as a Top Performer.     Ava has a second gear off the dribble and plays the game extremely fast on both sides of the ball. She has smooth shooting mechanics and buried a three-pointer with confidence off the catch. Ava attacked gaps to earn trips to the free-throw line and switched hands with ease. She causes turnovers with her defensive pressure and creates transition scoring. Ava is an exciting guard to watch and had a solid day for Team 6.     Giselle is efficient with her ball touches and makes the right decisions on the court. She works hard to keep drivers from getting to the basket and knows where to be in helpside. Giselle is a dangerous perimeter shooter--she fires with balanced feet and a quick release. Giselle swished a pure wing three and handled the ball with poise. She's a solid two-way guard and had a good day for Team 6 at the PGH Expo.
