Whynott was one of the most impactful performers at the PGH Expo. The 5'11 forward plays with seemingly endless amounts of energy, and consistently makes big plays by sheer force of will. Breckin is relentless on the glass and in loose ball situations, out-runs defenders in transition, and scores plenty of points by simply staying ready. The Woodbury junior seems to have made big improvements in her ball handling over the summer, allowing her to attack the basket much more effectively. As a major stock riser in the 2027 class, don't be surprised if Whynott has a breakout season with the Royals.

Morrisey's performance at the Expo made a distinct impression on our scouts, despite picking up an injury during the 5-on-5 competition. Lily was highly persistent on the glass, crashing the boards with great timing and using her length and positioning to bring down rebounds. The 6'0 forward was also an offensive threat in the paint. With a strong set of footwork and the ability to play through contact, Lily is a highly effective scorer around the rim. In her junior season, Morrisey led all scorers for the combined Hayfield/Schaffer Academy squad, with 14.7 points per contest. No doubt she'll play a massive role for the Vikings this year.

Unfortunately O'Rourke's day at the PGH Expo ended sooner than we would have liked. While an injury during the 3-on-3 competition sidelined Ivy for the rest of the day, the #80 ranked 2027 prospect has been making big moves in recent months. A 5'8 lanky guard out of United South Central, Ivy was a key component for the Rebels in her sophomore season. She averaged over 15 points per game and was a lights-out shooter from beyond the arc, knocking down her threes over 40% of the time. There is no doubt that O'Rourke is a prospect on the rise.

The improvements in Hoehne's game were palpable at the PGH Expo. Not only has her all-around skillset grown, but her confidence has grown as well. At 6'1, Kjersten brings plenty of length to the court. She made her defensive presence well known on Sunday, protecting the rim and blocking shots on numerous occasions. The Crossfire forward showed her versatility on the offensive end, playing from both the low block and the perimeter, as well as her innate ability for snagging boards. Now entering her junior season, Hoehne looks prepared to play a leading role for Southwest Christian this year.
