Preseason Division 4 All-State Second-Team and Honorable Mentions

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The season is starting in just over a month, and I'd like to begin releasing my preseason All-State Teams this week, starting with the D5 All-State teams and progressing to the D1 All-State Teams on Friday. I'll have a first-team and second-team, along with honorable mentions in each division around the state. Before the season starts, I will also update rankings in the 26, 27, and 28 classes, as well as the Watch List for the class of 2029.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1220853' first='Paige' last='Lisowski'], soph., Whitehall</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Whitehall guard was one of the most surprising newcomers around the state last season. Lisowksi played the game with a poise you don't see in most upperclassmen around the state. She is also a player who can make plays with the ball in her hands, and will be the first name on every one of the opposing team's scouting reports.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1229361' first='Madi' last='Davel'], jr., Neillsville</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Davel is a player who has shown different sides to her game in the first two seasons of her time at Neillsville. In her first season, she used her talent on the offensive end as a scorer. However, in year two, she was an excellent facilitator who helped get her teammates involved. She's one of the most intriguing D4 talents in the 2027 class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='751240' first='Autumn' last='Crowe'], jr., St. Mary Catholic</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Over the course of the summer, Crowe was a player who impressed people around the Midwest. She has played as a floor spacer who could knock down shots from the perimeter. However, due to a few players graduating, Crowe could become a player who surprises some players in the Big East. She is also an elite perimeter defender.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Heidi Olson, soph., Albany/Monticello</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Olson stepped into a ready-made state title contender last season and was among the most efficient players at the D5 level. Nothing seemed to faze her throughout her first season of high school basketball. In year two, she could step into a more prominent role after losing some seniors who helped the program win a state title in 2024.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='874583' first='Bronte' last='Hulberg'], sr., Pardeeville</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Pardeeville has a talented core of players who could surprise people in this coming winter, and Hulberg is at the center of their program. The 5'10 wing and UW-Stout commit is a versatile talent who can make plays with the ball in her hands.
