This Fall there were several Leagues around the First Coast and we got a chance to peep in on some action. The fall sessions gave prospects a head start before the lights come on for real. Some sharpened their handles, others found their rhythm from deep, and a few turned heads with newfound confidence and poise. As the regular season approaches, we take a look at some of the prospects who spent the time in the gym and have raised their stock for this upcoming season.

Few guards on the First Coast boosted their stock this fall like Aniyah Riggins. Her Fall League performance was a showcase of polish, poise, improvement, and basketball IQ. Higgins's skill was impressive. She operated confidently out of the triple-threat, displayed tight handles, displayed a quick step to the rim, and showcased her smooth jumper that stayed consistent from deep. Her ability to read the floor stood out and showed that whatever pressure she faces this year, she will be able to read the floor and make good decisions. Riggins is poised to carry her performance straight into the winter season.

[player_tooltip player_id='633532' first='Leila' last='Goll'] definitely used the Fall to strengthen her confidence and sharpen her rhythm heading into the new season. Goll has all the tools to be one of the top three-point shooters on the First Coast- she has shown it during stretches over the years. When she catches fire, her range stretches defenses and she can string multiple threes in a hurry. During one AAU summer, she averaged over five made threes per game, proving her shooting isn't just streaky — it can at times be elite. With the graduation of Abby Knauff, this is "Goll-Time." Over the fall, she shot the ball with confidence, played defense with grit, and showed the maturity of a player ready to take that next step. Expect her Fall League momentum to carry directly into a breakout regular season.

Adalelynn Curry had a strong and consistent fall showing, defined by her competitiveness and athleticism. Curry brings a relentless motor every time she steps on the floor. On offense, she attacks the rim with confidence, finishes through contact, and plays unselfishly within her team's system. A multi-sport athlete, her quickness athleticism, and physicality stand out — especially on the defensive end, where she locks down opposing guards. with intensity and effort. Offensively, she stood out on the attack and hitting hitting mid-range jumpers. Curry's Fall League performance showcased her growth as a Sophomore , and showed that she is a dependable and will be an important part of the grit. Curry definitely used the Fall League as a springboard for a big season ahead.

[player_tooltip player_id='515110' first='Jacoreyn' last='Andrews'] played with a relentless motor during Fall play and that's no surprise - that has been her "M.O" since day one. But, the expectations will be different for the guard this season after losing numerous Seniors to graduation. Andrews improved her perimeter game, showing a smooth, confident release — especially from the corners — and has become a more consistent threat from outside. Her handle looks tighter, her decision-making sharper, and she showed a fierce competitive side. Andrews looks ready to lead by example — a seasoned player her teammates can lean on when games tighten. Andrews has been through the battles, and her fall reps have positioned her for a breakout season.

[player_tooltip player_id='934758' first='Brylee' last='Rains'] showed tremendous growth during the Fall League, proving she's more than just a spot-up three point shooter. Last year, she thrived alongside three other playmaking guards — finding open space and letting the three-ball fly. But with those guards gone, Rains has had to expand her role and handle the ball more frequently. She has made improvements in the handles department, especially when attacking the rim. She made some incredible moves to the basket and finished with a lot of craftiness during Fall League play. Her drives forced defenders to collapse, which in turn opened up even more opportunities for her and her teammates from beyond the arc. Rains knocked down 52 threes last season, and with her improved confidence as a creator, she's poised to match that number this year with more step backs and threes off the dribble. Her evolution from pure shooter to a three-level threat was one of the biggest takeaways from the Fall League. She is poised for a big Junior season.
