Andrews has the ability to control pace of the game and is a point guard who makes her teammates better. Andrews can also score from the point with her ability to shoot three and get to the rim. Andrews is the energizer who makes winning plays. Her efforts on the court in addition to her production and play making ability separates her from a lot of players.

Andrews was impactful on both ends of the floor and the way she ran the offense was very productive and impressive.

Andrews makes heady plays on the court and is always in the vicinity of the ball making plays. Andrews can handle the ball, and can penetrate the defense and draw the defense. This past Fall she showed a consistent jump shot from the perimeter and in the short range. Her three point shot is very good and with the addiction of Trinity Berry Trinity Berry 5'9" | SG/PG Ribault | 2027 State FL , Andrews will have a lot of shots coming her way.

But, the expectations will be different for the guard this season after losing numerous Seniors to graduation. Andrews improved her perimeter game, showing a smooth, confident release — especially from the corners — and has become a more consistent threat from outside. Her handle looks tighter, her decision-making sharper, and she showed a fierce competitive side. Andrews looks ready to lead by example — a seasoned player her teammates can lean on when games tighten. Andrews has been through the battles, and her fall reps have positioned her for a breakout season.

She brought toughness and maturity to the floor, competing on every possession and showing the leadership her team will rely on this season. As one of the few returnees from last year’s group, she was tasked with handling the ball, running the offense, and setting the tone. Her calm but competitive demeanor allowed her to control tempo while still pushing the pace.

Andrews will stick her nose in on the play and risk it all. If there is a loose ball on the court, Andrews is near the ball or was probably the reason the ball is rolling around in the first place. She gets her share of steals, and deflects even more. Andrews averaged nearly 3 rebounds per game last year from the point guard position. She plays on the ball and makes the opposing guard work. Andrews usually gets the tough assignment on defense. That’s saying a lot since she came off the bench in the first half of the season. By seasons end, Andrews was part of the starting line up and matching up against the opponent’s top offensive player.

She can get busy on the basketball court. Her energy on the floor is infectious and time and time again she was the inspiration for her team. Andrews can take the ball to the rim and she is a slasher. She excels in transition and can make plays in the scoring department and with the pass as well.

She helps on press break, she runs the floor, and will get you 6 to 10 points on any given night. Andrews’s defense is where the “X-Factor” comes from. She will defend a team’s best player and make it uncomfortable all game long. She plays driving angles well and will contest every shot. Andrews has active hands, very quick feet, and a nose for the ball. She is a selfless player who cares about winning. That infectious okay has inspired her team all season long. She is an X-Factor and will be very instrumental in Ribault’s playoff run.
