PD Super Scrimmage: Ball Handlers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Providence Day hosted their Super Scrimmage on Saturday with teams from across North Carolina (and even some out of state!) coming to compete against one another in their first official action as high school groups.  It's time to dive into the standouts from the event.  Here are some more ball handlers that you should know.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- to make her cuts to the basket effective and make her adjustments to score her points.  She uses her length to her full advantage getting her hands in the way of her opponents, and she's smooth handling the ball pushing the tempo quickly up the court.  She protects the possession even with tough pressure on her.  Her adjustments to get the passes to her teammates make sure her opponents take care of the ball hitting her teammates in stride as they run up the court.  She anticipates what her opponents are gong to do jumping in the way to grab the steal and score herself.  Her ability against anyone for the ball including going up for some tough rebounds.  She knows how to handle the ball getting plays going for her teammates, and she directs them where to go pointing in the right seeing the floor and hitting her teammates with passes leading them to the opening.  On defense, she didn't mind battling against post players in the paint to protect the basket and fight for handling the ball doing well under pressure.  She exploded to the rim using one move to get by her defender, and she even made her shot through contact on an old fashioned three point play.  She does
