Southeast Underclassmen Standouts at IE Thanksgiving Classic

The Insider Exposure Thanksgiving Classic in Jacksonville brought together teams and players from across the country in the days leading up to the holiday, giving the event a true national feel. Insider Exposure once again created a competitive stage filled with high-level matchups and standout talent. The gym was packed with energy, and the level of play set the tone for the 25-26 season. Here are some underclassmen who made a strong impression throughout the event:    Braalyn played with great speed and energy and made an impact right away. She jumped passing lanes all game and piled up steals with her quick reads. In transition she excelled, turning those defensive plays into points or assists for her team. Her ability to turn defense into instant offense stood out throughout the event.     Hailey is a quick lefty guard who made an impact with runners in the lane and stepback threes from deep. She plays with a solid motor and brings energy on every possession. Her ability to score and create for herself makes her a constant threat. Houlder is a player who consistently lifts her team with her effort and skill.     Kylee used her body well to create space and finish which showed clear growth in her physicality. She delivered a strong skip pass for an assist and made several one hand passes that were on target. Her long frame gives her upside on both ends of the floor. She continues to establish herself as one of the top 2029 players in Florida.     Jada knocked down shots from deep and brought positive energy every time she was on the floor. She hustled hard and contributed solid minutes on a talented roster. Her passing was crisp and she made smart decisions with the ball. Burns is a reliable player who adds both scoring and energy to her team.     Kristen immediately showed why she is a nationally recognized 2029. Her long frame and active hands make her a force on defense. Offensively, she is a smooth hooper with a nice shooting stroke and a deep bag of moves. She impacts the game on both ends and looks well ahead of her age group.     Trinity made a strong impact on both ends of the court. She dominated the paint with big blocks on defense and grabbed key offensive rebounds for second-chance opportunities. She also showed a nice touch finishing inside. Dinkins is a physical presence who controls the interior for her team.     London continues to stand out as one of the top 28's in Florida. Her long frame gives her an advantage on both ends of the floor. She shot very well from all areas and displayed excellent passing ability. Her ever-evolving game is impressive and shows she is constantly improving.     Shanae has a big motor and quick, tight handles that make her tough to defend. She attacked downhill relentlessly and finished at the rim with ease. Watching her live for the first time, she impressed with her speed and court awareness. Gland is a standout guard from Pinellas County who can take over a game and will be one to watch in this Freshman class.
