The freshman guard showed her mettle on defense and knocked down some big shots, including 4 three pointers. This was a breakout performance in what has been a solid season for her so far. She was dominant in the paint where she bullied smaller defenders and showed off good footwork and a nice touch. She used some crafty ball handling and footwork to get loose and shake off multiple defenders on her way to 16 points against Milford Mill. She nailed 5 three-pointers which helped fuel a rally from 14 points down. She got things going with a couple of drives and finishes and a couple of "and 1" opportunities. She knocked down a couple of corner threes on her way to 14 points.
