Menendez has never been one to hesitate from beyond the arc, and in yesterday's game, she was automatic from the outside. She gets the perfect arc and has the smoothest release on her shots, and never seems phased by a closeout or having anyone near her. Benet looks like a state title winning team, and I'm sure Macy will have an impact once they get there.

Flores has a ton of confidence and poise in her game, and it was on full display yesterday. She can score from the outside with no issue and has some craftiness around the rim as well. Once she gets going, she is truly hard to stop. She can either fill a role that's needed, or be the focal point of the offense.

Schilb has been dominant from day 1 this season, and it seems like she's coasting through it, simply because she plays the game with simplicity and pace. She scores from behind or she gets to the rim; in both scenarios, it's usually done with ease. She has the collegiate frame and the right amount of poise to truly make an impact on a program.

Savage seems to still have another gear to her game that she can tap into. She is aggressive on the drive, and uses her frame to get to her spots, and from beyond the arc has the ultimate confidence to let it go. On many possessions to keep her team in the game, Savage showed the talent to score within the iso too. Colleges are missing out on a potential program changer.

The consistency Kiper has shown this year has been great for her program... and the W's seem to be racking up because of it. Kiper is one of the best three-point shooters in the state, and when you add on her length, she can get to the rim and make things happen there as well. Her game isn't flashy, but the simplicity of it gets the job done. An all-state type of season.
