Despite drawing face-guard attention, Ellie found ways to impact the game on both ends of the floor. She controlled the glass, and consistently finished possessions while creating extra opportunities. Offensively, she cut well through the lane and knocked down a smooth jumper in the paint while also showing range as a capable three-point shooter. When attacking off the bounce, she displayed good body control with a crafty scoop finish at the rim. Defensively, Ellie was active jumping passing lanes, and she pushed the pace in transition by delivering several sharp outlet and advance passes that kept Calvary on the attack.

Emme was the best player on the floor for Clearwater Central Catholic and made that obvious immediately by drilling a three on the first possession of the game. She played with confidence and poise, showing good handle and strong court vision throughout. Her ability to deliver clean entry passes into the post led directly to scoring opportunities and assists. Defensively, she made a heads-up play with a chase-down block from behind. With deep shooting range and the willingness to take big shots, Emme consistently gave CCC a steady offensive presence.

Devon was the best surprise of the night and made a strong first impression with me as this was my first time catching her live. She knocked down at least four three-pointers, including several timely makes in the first half that completely stalled any momentum CCC had. Lethal from the corners, she punished defensive breakdowns with confidence and got the crowd fired up with her play. Devon also showed toughness and composure in transition, finishing a difficult layup through heavy contact with two defenders draped over her despite no foul call. Beyond the scoring, her court awareness stood out as she saw the floor well, made the right reads, and displayed strong vision all night.

Cadyn set the tone at the point with her quickness and defensive intensity. Her on-ball defense was superb by using speed and awareness to create multiple steals and deflections and disrupt the Marauders rhythm. In transition, she did an excellent job pushing the pace, playing fast while still under control, and consistently putting pressure on the defense. Her energy and command of the game were key to Calvary's ability to dictate tempo throughout.

Gracie showed why she's a promising freshman by using her length and energy to make an impact on both ends. Her activity defensively led to steals, and she consistently played with a high motor. Offensively, she was unselfish and showed good feel for the game while seeing the floor well and making the right decisions. Her versatility stood out as she used her frame to rebound while also stepping out and knocking down the three which gave Calvary another multi-dimensional piece in the rotation.
