<p>The semifinals, hosted by Crittenden County, saw the home team come out with energy and purpose from the very beginning. The Lady Rockets were locked in defensively and set the tone early, overwhelming Livingston Central in a dominant 60-30 win. Every possession was contested, every shot was challenged, and Crittenden County made it clear they were on a mission. From the opening tip to the final buzzer, they controlled the pace and never let Livingston Central find any rhythm!</p>

<p>On the other side of the bracket, Lyon County took care of business against Trigg County 73-54. Lyon County played with confidence and composure, executing on both ends of the floor and showing why they've been one of the top teams in the district all season. With that win, they punched their ticket to the championship game and set up a matchup everyone had been waiting on. Two familiar teams. One final stage. Everything to play for!</p>

<p>Crittenden County entered the championship at 7-1 in district play, while Lyon County came in at 6-2. The Lady Rockets held a 2-1 advantage in the regular season series, but championship games are a different level. Records don't matter. Past matchups don't matter. It all comes down to who can rise to the moment when everything is on the line!</p>

<p>In a physical, back-and-forth battle filled with big shots and key stops, the Lady Rockets pulled away late to secure a 58-52 victory and claim the district championship. It was a complete team effort, with multiple players stepping up and delivering when it mattered most!</p>

<p>Senior [player_tooltip player_id='376793' first='Anna' last='Boone'] led the way with 17 points and 9 huge rebounds, controlling the paint and making winning plays all night long. She's been a steady force all season, averaging 14.1 points per game and a team-high 5.5 rebounds while also leading the team in free throw production, shooting nearly 83% from the line.</p>

<p>Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1179323' first='Jordyn' last='Hodge'] came up clutch, finishing with 16 points and going 11 of 13 from the free throw line in high pressure moments. Time after time, she stepped to the line and delivered. Hodge has been one of the top scorers all season, averaging a team-high 15.4 points per game while leading the team in three-pointers made.</p>

She carried the offensive load and kept Lyon County within striking distance all night. Cotham averaged a team-high 19.5 points per game this season and proved once again she's one of the most explosive scorers around.</p>
