What more can we say about Bulluck? Brynn is officially a state champion! Bulluck poured in 19 points, added 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and one steal against a tough Gilmer County squad. Brynn made all of the right plays. She wanted the ball in her hands and she was not going to lose this championship game. This one is automatic from the foul line. She went 11-12 in the championship game.

St. Mary's starters did a great job owning their role and contributing whenever they could. [player_tooltip player_id='1261624' first='Landry' last='Riggs'] poured in 9 points. Riggs shot 3-7 from long range. [player_tooltip player_id='1118543' first='Anna' last='Bennett'] also added 9 points in the championship game. Anna hauled in 9 big time rebounds! You may only see 4 points in the scoring column from [player_tooltip player_id='1261436' first='Laney' last='Watkins'], but that will never show how valuable she is on the floor. Watkins led her team in rebounds. Laney hauled in 11 rebounds during the championship game! [player_tooltip player_id='1364402' first='Rylee' last='Renner'] added a block and played solid defense! Lauren Pritchett did a great job coming off the bench as a freshman! Congrats to St. Mary's and their entire team!

The Double A State Champs- James Monroe

James Monroe was led by MVP, [player_tooltip player_id='723940' first='Mya' last='Dunlap']

You can take your poison with this talented James Monroe squad. The Dunlap sisters combined for 34 of the Lady Mavs 50 points!

The junior led her team to a huge win over Williamstown! Mya poured in a team high 21 points. She shot 8-11 from the field. Dunlap was lights out from 3 point land. She shot 5-6 from long range! Mya also added 7 rebounds and 2 blocks in the championship game. The Dunlap sisters will be back next year. Mya has all of the abilities to lead her team to another state championship!

[player_tooltip player_id='1227925' first='Lydia' last='Dunlap'] finished with a double-double. The Dunlap sisters could have easily been picked to be Co-MVPs in my opinion. Lydia scored 13 points, added 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 blocks, and 2 steals. This freshman is the best in the state! [player_tooltip player_id='985991' first='Kendall' last='Long'] filled up an entire stat sheet again. The sophomore scored 8 points. She added 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. Long may be one of the most underrated players in the state. Monaka Moore is a lightning bolt! Moore is fast and a good defender! She helped her team defensively and she hauled in 5 rebounds. Peighton Griffith finished with 4 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal. Peighton excelled in her role! [player_tooltip player_id='1263895' first='Trinity' last='Hill'] came off the bench and provided solid minutes to help the Lady Mavs. Congrats to James Monroe! Enjoy this one and we will see you all back again next season!

The Triple A State Champs- Greenbrier East

Greenbrier East was led by MVP, [player_tooltip player_id='496348' first='Kennedy' last='Stewart']!

Let's give the Defensive MVP to [player_tooltip player_id='656290' first='Ava' last='Workman']!

[player_tooltip player_id='656290' first='Ava' last='Workman'] put on a defensive clinic. She shut down her opponent! When you hold a good athlete to 2 points; you deserve all of the flowers. Workman finished with 9 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals, and 1 block in the championship win! Ava may be one of the best two-way guards in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='496348' first='Kennedy' last='Stewart'] has left her mark at Greenbrier East and the state of WV. This electric, MVP guard led her team with 18 points, 5 rebounds, & 3 assists. She shot 40% from 3 and she will be an immediate big time player at the next level! [player_tooltip player_id='570494' first='Hannah' last='Fuller'] poured in a double-double. Fuller finished with 16 points, 17 rebounds, 1 block, and 1 steal. Fuller is an all-tournament team player in my book! Mackenna McClure did what she has done all season. She may not be the one that is talked about the most, but everyone should be hearing her name more. The senior finished the game with 7 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals! Kala Waller is the athlete that stepped up and played big minutes for East. Waller scored 7 points and added 5 rebounds in the win. Congrats to the entire Greenbrier East squad! This Lady Spartan team will go down as one of the best.

Cline played one of her best games! Lucie finished with 12 points, 14 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 block in the championship win! This senior poured in a double-double when her team needed it the most. Cline is a force inside and she can also step out and knock down the mid-range. She shot 4-9 from the field and she went 100% at the foul line. Cline definitely gets to celebrate this big time win!

What more can we say about the powerhouse, [player_tooltip player_id='653258' first='Kennedy' last='Porter']? Porter finished with 8 points and 6 rebounds. She was close to another double-double in 25 minutes of action! [player_tooltip player_id='640828' first='Lauren' last='Flanagan'] did everything in her power to make sure her team pulled away with a win! Flanagan finished with 19 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal. She shot 50% from the field, 5-9 from 3, and she was 100% from the foul line. [player_tooltip player_id='722020' first='Frances' last='Guice'] added 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. [player_tooltip player_id='1261654' first='Faithlyn' last='Butcher'] added 5 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals! [player_tooltip player_id='1261652' first='Amaya' last='Lewis'] played her role exceptionally well in every game that she saw action in. She will remember hitting the game winning layup to help Parkersburg get to the championship. Lewis was also perfect at the line during a big time! Congrats to the entire Parkersburg team! You all deserve to celebrate!
