It was very obvious early in this game that [player_tooltip player_id='239413' first='Keyarah' last='Rainey'] was the best player on the court. Osbourn Park was short-handed, especially at guard, so Keyarah was asked to create most of OP's offense. Keyarah was outstanding, getting to the rim by using her athleticism and her silky touch to finish from tough angles. Her scoop layup was money early, and he outscored Manchester in the first quarter, and was tied with them in points by halftime. She is such a smooth ball handler, and it helped her get to her spots in the mid-range to rise and hit a shot. She was efficient and dominant, finishing with 24 points on 11/14 shooting.

I think one of the biggest factors coming into this game was whether a smaller Osbourn Park team would be able to keep a big Manchester team off the glass. Although Manchester did get the better of OP on the glass early, OP held their own overall. I think [player_tooltip player_id='786440' first='Janey' last='Salinas'] deserves a lot of credit for why Manchester did not have the success in the paint that people anticipated. Janey is more of a guard, and that's where her future is, but since she has the size, she played in the paint a lot. Janey was outstanding on defense, and her activity played a big part in why Manchester struggled offensively. She had a few tough rebounds and knocked down a big 3 in the 4th, and after having a big 16 points off the bench in the final Last year vs. Manchester, she made a big impact again, albeit in a different way this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1045069' first='Tierney' last='Myers'] was another player who played big for Osbourn Park. You can say a lot of Manchester's misses at the rim were due to them just missing shots they usually convert. But I think the aggressiveness Tierney, along with others, played against Manchester's bigs was a big reason they struggled. Tierney had a tough drive in the second half, and I thought her ball handling looked good in moments. She finished with 9 points and 6 rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='376331' first='Jayel' last='West'] has been an unsung hero at OP throughout her tenure. She always plays hard and provides value on both ends of the court. She didn't have a field goal in this game, but her rebounding and late-game free-throw shooting were big. OP won this game defensively, and Jayel was really good on that side of the ball on the perimeter.

You run out of adjectives to describe [player_tooltip player_id='443350' first='Micah' last='Ojo']'s ability. Micah's smoothness at her size and supreme level of skill is why she is sought after as a recruit. Surely a big point of emphasis for Menchville coming into this game was to keep Micah off the glass, but she still did whatever she wanted rebounding on the offensive glass. She had a couple of put backs, and the speed at which she is able to get the ball from her hands and then into the hoop is highly impressive. Micah had a huge three from near the logo that cut a 5-point Menchville lead to 2 with about a minute left. She was a monster on defense, and she finished with 25 points, 15 rebounds, and 6 blocks.

[player_tooltip player_id='468758' first='Tristan' last='Rickenbacker'] had a couple of easy layups she missed, but you still saw the ability she has as a slasher. She used great footwork and had some crafty finishes. Tristan had a lot of big buckets late from her drives, and Princess Anne doesn't get this game to OT without her. She finished with 19 points and 6 rebounds.

Princess Anne was directing a lot of their defensive attention to [player_tooltip player_id='383833' first='Maddie' last='Leach'] and rightfully so. Menchville needed someone else to step up, and I felt Amen Byrd did that. Amen hit a couple of threes, and her quickness helped her get downhill a number of times. She has excellent vision and had some terrific passes to players under the rim as she drove. She led Menchville in scoring with 16 points.
