Representing Prince William County, the Northern Region, Loudoun County, and the Occoquan Region, players across the area will compete while celebrating their high school careers. The afternoon begins with a 3-point contest at 12:30pm, followed by the first matchup at 1:30pm between Prince William County and the Northern Region. Rainey delivered multiple standout performances this season, including 28 points against Gainesville, consistently taking over offensively when the Yellow Jackets needed a spark. She surpassed 1,440 career points to become Osbourn Park's all-time leading scorer during the state tournament and continued to lead the way throughout the postseason. In the Class 6 state final, Rainey scored 24 points while controlling the tempo with her scoring, rebounding, and defensive activity to help power Osbourn Park to the state championship.</p>

Selected seniors from across Northern Virginia will gather one final time in their high school uniforms at the 2026 Northern Virginia Women's Basketball Coaches Association (NVWBCA) Senior All-Star Game on Sunday at Oakton High School. Representing Prince William County, the Northern Region, Loudoun County, and the Occoquan Region, players across the area will compete while celebrating their high school careers. The afternoon begins with a 3-point contest at 12:30pm, followed by the first matchup at 1:30pm between Prince William County and the Northern Region.
