Meet the Nominees
In the last games of this season Maddy surpassed 2000 varsity points, 1000 varsity rebounds and led her team to their first region appearance in years.
Highlights
Jayden Weaver scored 18 points, including 2 clutch free throws with 5 seconds left to lead her Southern Garrett Lady Rams to an overtime victory in the State Semifinals over Smithsburg 63-59.

In the substate game at Pearl Cohn, sophomore Kaylee “KK” Dixon finished the game with an impressive 28 points, 21 rebounds & 8 blocks.

Abby helped lead Rolling Meadows to the Final Four for the state of Illinois. At the final four, she averaged 18 points a game alongside 9 rebounds a game. She had a double double versus Loyola with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Not only that but in the consolation game, she notched another 17 points and 9 rebounds.

Makenzie has averaged 21 points in the State 4A Tournament. She had an impressive 29 points in the second half of the game against Heber Springs. In addition, she contributes in many other ways as well, in the first game she had 23 points, 8 assist, 4 steals and 4 rebounds.

Elli accomplished 1,000 points and 500 rebounds during districts week. She scored a career high 29 points to lead her team to a district win against Lawton. Elli also scored 27 points during the first round of regionals to lead her team to a win against Schoolcraft.
Highlights
Chloe helped bring her team out of a 0-7 streak. In the area championship game against the #1 team, Woodson ended the game with 33 points and 21 rebounds that punched their ticket to state.
