Please follow the hashtag #PGHTheShootoutDallas on social media for things you may have missed. I covered multiple age groups on Saturday. The focus was on teams who submitted complete, non-erroneous rosters, which I always ask for because it allows me to see more players, it's a science, but not rocket science, so in the TOP DIVISION, here ya go

Collins impressed both me and @playerrimedies last season, see evaluations here, and peep this, I love "on the court" progression, so seeing her elevate her game on the court as well as elevate over defenders to score around the basket was nice. Her timing to block shots is better, so is her "on the ball" defense, yet her pull-up jumper is picture perfect as she dropped it from mid to long-range

Crawford left a lasting first impression, showing she could maneuver around defenders in the paint to score with solid "hands and footwork," the "drop step," and a strong finish with either hand. Well, she also has a "college-ready" body, her defense and rebounding on both ends looked good, so did her timing to block shots, yet one other thing that set it off was her court vision and decision making, well, I guess that's 2 things, SCORE

Monroe has shown me so much in a short span of time, see evaluations here that her game is already in my head. What does that mean? Well, she was a #D1Lock the first time I saw her, and since I haven't been wrong yet, her "poise under pressure" has shot up. Her midrange is smoother, she's scoring off the dribble by attacking and finishing with either hand, and her "baseline to baseline" pressure has also gotten better

Schmidt rose to the occasion, well, she also rose off the ground to drop the jumper, and seeing her elevate to score, at times with a hand in her face, was nice for me. Let me throw in the fact that she's "long and athletic" which is the base; she scored off the dribble, rebounded, defended both in and outside the paint, and played the passing lane

Wilson left a lasting "first impression," and, ironically, the high school head coach was on the baseline watching and gave me some great background. I often talk about sleepers and numerous "under the radar" players, so she is definitely one. Yeah, she's "long and athletic" rebounds strongly on both ends, and comes from out of nowhere to block shots, but she also does several other things instinctively, like the passing lane and following her shot, which is #THROWBACK. Her first step to attack and score is nice, so is her defense
