Laila earned her spot after a freshman campaign where she made things happen on the offensive end. Her ability to stretch the floor with her shooting makes her a tough matchup. Add in her willingness to defend the full length of the floor and use her size on the boards and you have a guard who affects multiple areas of the game.

London's growth throughout the season stood out as she went from figuring out her role to becoming a key piece in a state championship run. Offensively, she grew attacking defenders in space and getting to her spots. On the defensive end, she locked in showing she could contribute on both sides when it mattered most.

Ireland plays with a level of maturity that stands out. She has a sharp eye in the passing lanes, creating deflections and steals that turn into offense, while also reading the floor to get teammates involved.
