Chalk it up to staying in the gym consistently and sharpening their skills on the travel ball scene, your young ladies have been getting after it as they look to take the next steps. Tons of girls throughout the state have grown in their game. You see it in how they play. You hear about them in the recruiting circles. More college coaches are taking notice of them.      It doesn't matter the class; we have tons of girls who have received interest from college coaches. D1, D, D3, NAIA, JUCO, whatever the classification, Tennessee girls have jumped on the radars of schools both near and far. In my opinion, it's truly exciting because when someone gets recruited, it raises the level of play for them, their high school team, and their opponents. It raises the stakes for multiple things, which in turn brings up the quality of basketball everywhere.     Over the next couple of months, we are going to be updating and talking about kids who are getting offers, receiving interest, need to be receiving more interest, and kids who are flying under the radar. Team camps are about to begin, but the conversations of hot prospects never end.    Here are a few kids in Tennessee who are hot names coaches are talking about.      Her size speaks volumes. This young lady has shown how dominant she can be on the floor. She owns the painted area on both ends of the floor. Playing with her back to the basket offensively, she is hard to contain as she can finish over either shoulder. She reaches her spot, establishes a position, and exploits it. Defensively, she uses her length to cause tough shots. Big time on the boards, blocks shots as well. This young lady gained multiple offers over the past weekend. Look for more schools to jump on her radar, especially over the coming months.     Playing with more and more confidence, this young lady has gained interest from multiple schools. Her ability to score the basketball is one of the main reasons schools have jumped on her radar. It's not that she is scoring in volume, but how she is going about doing so. From creating off the dribble to getting it down within the offense, she has been able to exploit a defense as the ball has consistently hit the bottom of the hoop. She's shown the ability to be effective on both ends of the floor, which has, in turn, drastically increased her stock.     One would be a fool not to have this young lady at the top of their list. A kid who plays with a motor on both ends of the floor; she is impactful anytime she plays. A scorer at all 3 levels and a solid defender, she causes problems one way or another. I love how she approaches the game. When she is locked in, it's game on. Her ability to score and facilitate the rock is second to none. She's like the Jason Williams of Tennessee women's basketball. Playing with such energy, she has taken schools' true interest. Look for her to receive more opportunities to play for Power 4 programs. She's a kid who will be a difference maker at the next level.     She's a problem. Blessed with size and length, this girl gets it done inside the painted area. She's tough, isn't afraid to mix it up, but what I like about her game is her ability to deliver blows on both ends of the floor. She is going to make you work. Offensively, she knows how to establish position down low and utilize her bag of moves to finish. She's solid in the screen game and has a nice touch in the mid-range. Defensively, she is going to make it hard for one to operate down low. Block shots, rebounds, she's on it. She's going to be a great addition to a program at the next level. Wherever she goes, they will be getting a difference maker.     Her stock is increasing, and schools are taking notice of her even more. Playing with relentless energy, she has added multiple elements to her game that have drawn coaches' attention. We all know she's solid with her back to the basket, contributes on the boards, and so forth, but it's been her ball handling, her ability to stretch the floor, and compete through things that have coaches talking. She's stepped it up a notch and shown just how tough she is and how tough she makes it for opponents to go up against her. J. Rob is a kid who is going to get the job done one way or another, and coaches love her tenacious attitude in how she goes about doing so.
